“Food at the lounge was nice and staff were very helpful - not many vegetarian options for my girlfriend on the day we went apart from pastries and cereal though”

“Very enjoyable and relaxing start to our honeymoon. The only comment I would suggest is having a wider range of drinks and snacks as only one bottled beer was available in the lager selection and some nuts/ crisps/ olives would have been good instead of heavy cake items.”

“Booked here for second time well worth it Food choice small but there’s something for everyone Quiet lounges for those of us who are anxoius about flying gives you time to recover from the stressful checking in and security malarkey Staff courteous and friendly at all times Tables cleared of used plates and glasses Overall fab experience Will never stay upstairs in the hustle and bustle agin”

“Tuesday morning was a quiet day so there was plenty of room. Staff, as always, very friendly and cheerful. Why do business class passengers flying with TAP now have to pay for entry?”

“Food good.. Clean.. Most of staff friendly. But when booking did not know there was a new lounge.woman said she would move us to new one as nearer gate and I'm disabled. It was tight next to my gate. And she has moved others through the day. Phoned and was told no. So had to leave 30 mins early to allow me time to get to gate. Should never have said it was possible. And the fact other passengers had been move.. Would use no1 next time as always has amazing service before..”

“It was a great experience at Heathrow 3 lounge Club Aspire. It was a good variety of hot and cold dishes and several different nice alcoholic and soft drinks. I will definitely go there again and recommend it to others.”

“When we visited the lounge was clean , quiet with plenty of food and snacks, a well set out lounge with ample electrical sockets for charging our tech (kids were happy about that). Toilets were clean & well maintained. Smoking terrace clean & well maintained. A good/great place to spend time before our flight.”
