"Happy" is an exaggeration - I was satisfied with the calm and comfort of the lounge, the staff were pleasant but the buffet disappointing.

The lounge was peaceful and there was plenty of space. However I thought the food and beverage offering was limited.

I thought there would have been more selection. The bacon was very fatty on the sandwiches, so a little difficult to eat. There wasn't very much seating, we were a party of 7 and we were expecting it to be busy but there was no seats when we went in to the lounge. We ended up all spread out across the lounge sitting with other people. Not a great start to the holiday by being separated. Surely if you were expecting a party of such size, we may have been allocated a table together? I appreciate you wouldn't want to do this for everyone as it's more of a first come first serve basis but it wasn't a great start to our holiday

Well the lounge and the facility where every good the food was spot on and always attended to and so as the drinks I had a problem going in even with the printed pass with the bar code and the verification number they could not find me and took a while until they let me in and I was unlucky so as the other people in the lounge to have a mother and her 2 screaming yelling running monkeys going crazy with gave me a headache and I am giving the lounge 3 starts mostly because of my bad experience that day which gave me a headache on a flight that was 11 hours

Range of food available was poor, not in the same league as the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 1. Range of drinks good and staff friendly and helpful.

I am quite happy with the quality of service at the Aspire lounge at Heathrow airport. The removal of the sleeping pods is a disappointment because the main reason I booked the lounge was for that. The food here is fresh and good.

Cardiff is very poor compared to other executive lounges in uk airports,there are no hot or cold food options,only crisps,nuts and welsh cakes,where as in other airports,there are variaties of sandwiches,and in some there is a menu where you can order food from.Also on our recent visit,you no longer go to the bar and help yourself to drinks,there is one person behind a very small serving area,serving your drinks (which just holds things up).In my view,the Executive lounge needs to be looked at to improve and keep up with other uk airports standards.

Only 2 staff on late morning. Not enough. Lounge was not clean although staff doing their best. You need to up your game.

Great selection of drinks however poor selection of food. As a vegetarian my options were tomato soup and bread rolls with cheese. Having been to many lounges I feel this lacked slightly. However fantastic atmosphere and exceptional staff.

Reception staff were great but service staff were a bit surly. Food was very good but fellow passengers decided it was acceptable to use sofas as Beds grrrr!

It didnt make me happy. We arrived to be told to come back later as they were over booked. We explained that we had to board in around an hour and that it wasnt an option. We were found some seats. Would not book again.

The Gatwick Aspire lounge was aweful - cheap and nasty. The drinks were limited and the food very sparse and poor quality. On the other hand Dubai @ B was excellent and the food and drinks generious and good quality.

This was the second time that we'd used the lounge, this time we'd encouraged 3 friends to join us. Generally, the experience was good but the staff were far from attentive this time. We were told that there were staff shortages in both lounges but surely this shouldn't affect us considering the amount of money that we'd spent? We are travelling together again in June 2017 and are considering using Aspire + but based on our previous experience we are not sure.
