The lounge was great, but totally let down by the distrusting toilets

Reasonable lounge, bit tricky to find, near B gates. quite busy when i used it, was difficult to find a lounge comfort chair. food was ok, drinks good, toilet facilities small but functional. wifi was good.

The lounge was quiet and organised and was just what we wanted before the flight. Sadly we were a little disappointed hat we had to pay for prosecco although I do understand the need for this. It was a special occasion so I didn't mind however when I was told they didn't have any flutes and would have to use normal wine glasses I was a little surprised. I did comment and thankfully when I ordered my second glass I came in a flute. All in all the experience was ok and was definitely quieter and more peaceful than the departure lounge so I would recommend it.

Nice to be able to relax in a clean calming atmosphere . There is definitely room for improvement though!

Well firstly there was not anyone to meet or great me into the lounge and bearing in mind this was the plus lounge so an even more premium was paid. No one to give me advise on what food was available and just a very unwelcoming atmosphere when I eventually did manage to et a member of staffs attention. The physical set up o the lounge was great but let down greatly by the staff on duty.

It is a little small and the seating doesn't not really allow for sleeping unless you manage to get a booth. Hard to get a booth because it's small and always full. The food was good and filled up regularly and it was nice and quiet in the lounge

Whilst we were there a customer had an argument with a member of staff which doesn't go down well. Plus we struggled to get a sit and table.

The lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 has good facilities. It is quite cramped & crowded people are allowed to spread out and take up more than one seat even lying down on couches when people are looking for a seat. I suggest the people using the lounge need monitoring so everyone can enjoy the space not just your usual inconsiderate people.

Good shower service. Quite busy for the amount of space. Drink selection is decent but food was poor (if you want to eat, best to just sit in a restatement)

The access to the shower facilities was a real plus point. I however made 3 consecutive 4 hour bookings for a total of 12 hours. Service during the first 4 ours was excellent. However from then onwards i was very disappointed. Iwas no longer being asked if i required any drink or services, i was repeatedly asked to show my bookings to 2 separate people on the space for an hoir which is embrassing! On one of the occasions i was actually woken up when sleeping to see my booking!

Quiet, comfy sofas. Polite staff. But expensive for what it is.

Appreciate being able to access the Aspire Lounge in T5 when we have a long (3 hour) layover. Unfortunately this is a pretty small space so it can be tough to find a spot if you are more than a solo traveler. Seating is reasonably comfortable and the food is OK. Nice to have Wifi and bar service.
