Could not use it as no one could tell me where it was and I was worried about having to walk too far and then missing my connection . £25 wasted.

It was nice to have a place where I could relax and have something to eat. Although a better variety of food would have improved my stay

The lounge is quiet and comfortable and food and drinks are plentiful however there is limited choice. My frustration was in about 4 seats neither the plugs or the phone charging sockets work, this is a basic for a business lounge and needs maintenance

A nice respite from the beating that is Heathrow Intl Airport. We were happy to find relief in this lounge vice slogging it out in one the worlds worst airports...UK's Heathrow. We checked in early, and found the process to be a bit of trouble to the attendant/greeter. We expected to pay more but the lack of empathy was obvious. The lie-down sleep areas were a welcome sight but there were no sanitary wipes to be found and we never observed any cleaning of the empty loungers in between uses. The coffee/espresso machine was our most used convenience and the flavour was quit good. The assembled food items were just ok, and not much more then pre-cooked items warmed up in a provisional service area. We would return as customer as an option to sitting in the Bazaar that is the public seating area....Most likely we will venture elsewhere as this was a most mediocre lounge.

Unfortunately crammed with people, making it hard to choose a place to sit, I had to take whatever was available. In this case an uncomfortable sofa with a too low table to be able to work properly. Food and drinks were good though, and staff was friendly.

Food was good, service also good. But the place was too crowded and the broadband was quite slow, probably due to the number of people trying to use it.

Excellent selection of drinks. Good selection of food. Was disappointed by how busy the lounge was. We had pre booked and given our arrival time, however on arrival only after a good look round could seats been found and these were not great when traveling as a couple as they had a large space between them.

It,s a different to the Airline Lounges. It is to loude and the food is poor.

It was relaxing to have time away from the mayhem of the departure lounge before flying and not having to queue for food or try and find a seat.

The lounge was comfortable but in MBJ it had cockroaches in the lounge and bugs around the food !

Nice and quiet. Food was good but there were many times when no food was left and when there were no staff on the bar.
