On arrival the staff were not happy to leave the group in to the lounge. I explained that I had made an arrangement with head office via email to make a group booking. Staff informed me that they did not take group bookings, however I informed them of the arrangement and had to search my emails to prove that I had actually made the booking. Once we were finally left in to the lounge, we were led to our tables. I was disappointed with the service on desk, however food and drink that was provided was very nice. Not sure if I would use the service again.

Despite a pre-paid booking with Swissport, reception staff initially refused me admission even though I showed them by booking confirmation on my smart phone and despite them surely having my details on their system. Mr crime was I hadnt printed off the confirmation. Had to insist on seeing the manager and making a bit of scene in reception before I was granted admission. Strange how I could fly around the world on my smart phone boarding card but not get into this lounge without inordinate grief. Come on Swissport get with the progam and lets stop wasting ink, paper and electricity on unnecessary printing. Travellers often have a half-a-dozen or so pieces of paper to print out from Priority Lane to Car Hire confirmation, it would be nice to see a little leeway granted in this situation, I was hoping for a rest bite from the stress of modern air travel not a stand up argument with several members of staff. Its was especially annoying as lots of customers were being waved in after a cursory glance of a boarding card as an airline freebie.

I spent 8 hours in the lounge during the night and it was an oasis of calm. Chairs are comfortable, good selection of drinks, but the variety in food was very limited. Friendly staff

Helpful Manager after we were initially unable to find anywhere to sit because the lounge was crowded. Good shower once accessed. We were initially offered a shower timed only 20 minutes before we were due at Gate 1 which was at least 20 minutes walk away.

Lovely view the girl who was serving kept running out of glasses and commenting to customers just how busy she was, there was not a great deal of people in the lounge, nice experience

It is quieter than sitting in the terminal but that's about it. There was quite a few reserved spaces, but as there was nowhere else to sit I sat on one of the reserved sofas, I wasn't asked to move or told it was reserved for someone else. Unless you have mobility difficulties I don't see why any of it should be reserved if everyone is paying the same. The food was very average, I did hear one man complain that the sausages were still frozen in the middle! I wouldn't spend double the money of Servisair lounges as it is on a par with those lounges which can be sometimes like a rugby scrum, but this is not worth double the money.

This isn't really an executive lounge, but a restaurant which acts as a lounge. We got a drink and food, but didn't really feel it was worth the money. What's really weird is that it only has one toilet for quite a big place.

Staff were friendly and pleasant. Food was ok but not as advertised on website. No scones at all . Drink ok, but booked the lounge because speyside single malt advertised or directors choice single malt. Neither were available and staff said it was ordered but never arrived. I suppose you could say this every day and nobody would be the wiser unless they used the lounge again. I would not book Aspire again unless guarantees are made that you provide what you state you will.

We were greeted by a lovely member of staff who had resevered us a table because of how busy the lounge was. We did find that a lot of the empty tables had litter on them but, we understood that they were low on staff and just had a busy period. We thought there wasn't a great selection of snacks and that it could of been replenished. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would visit again! A great way to start the holiday! Good value for money
