“floor cleaning in progress when we arrived so unable to sit by the windows, obviously this has to be done at some point but not ideal. we were able to use part of the window seating area after a short while.”

“It was a relatively quiet area to relax in before our flight. The staff were friendly and the seats comfortable. However, it was smaller than we expected, the food and drink choices were limited and uninspiring, and the sales pitch of "up to three hours" is a con: since you calculate the entrance time as 3 hours before flight time, it actually means you get a maximum of 2 hours 30, and probably a lot less, to allow for reaching your gate before it closes. Overall verdict - overpriced and not really worthwhile.”

“I wasn't totally happy! The check in process which I would have thought would be quick was more than 5 minutes long. We had bought a package which included champagne and we werde not advised about how to get this, in fact the customer service from the reception desk did not make me "happy" but frustrated, the agent wasn't welcoming at all. The staff behind the bar area were much better but the food needed topping up and we had to clear an area to sit down, so overall it wasn't a great experience.”

“System let me book the wrong lounge in the airport despite me putting in my flight details Staff accepted the discrepancy, and were friendly. However they were very very slow at clearing tables after visitors had left and did not replace food items when they ran out. Poor lack of beer selection and only on tap which was difficult to use. Although new, the aspire lounge at Calgary had seat stains and looked worn. Staff stood around talking to each other instead of keeping the lounge clean and tidy and refreshed with food and drink”
