“It is not a case of being deliriously happy when using the Executive Lounge. The premises and catering are satisfactory without being exceptional. As a senior I got a discounted rate and I felt I got value for money.”

“T5 lounge presents as a 'tag on' lounge meaning does not appear to be purpose built. Not enough seating. Not very comfortable. NO lounge washrooms and had to use ones in airpot - simply not goood enough.”

“Unfortunately the lounge at Montego Bay was disappointing in that it had no outside view, the food and service was excellent and constantly being reviewed and re-stocked. The lounge was cramped and difficult to move between the tables and chairs. I expected more space to move around in.”
