Booked the lounge for my husband and 2 friends who were travelling to Dublin. We have used the lounge many times over the past 10 years. My husband said that this was the worst visit that he has had. The new addition of the manned bar doesn't seem to be working well with you having to look for a member of staff to serve you. We were going to book for 4 of us for Our June holiday but are unsure of what to do now. The lounge is always part of our holiday but wondering if we would be better off using the facilities in the departure lounge instead!!!

Comfortable lounge with friendly staff Food did not match the website description. No hot dish appeared in afternoon. Left with sausages and beans for the whole duration of visit

Flight delayed by 4 hours but booking honoured, staff were all lovely, pleasant and courteous at all times. It was packed when we got there and we were asked to share a table which wasn't a problem but half of the lounge was cordoned off for exclusive use of an airline and was only used to about an eighth of its capacity which made it seem a two tier system reducing the pleasure of 'executive' status, I actually felt a bit cattle class.

Het was lekker, maar de Prijs/kwaliteit klopt niet Weinig keus, had er meer van verwacht Het is niet de 30,- pp waard Voor 10,-/15,- pp had ik 5 sterren gegeven.

Loung is clean and has a good service. Nice choice of drinks (free of charge) good buffet and easy to find. Air condition is a lottle too low. Wifi was down and they are not able to fix it. This is very bad becaus the free wifi of LHR is not available in the lounge!

So relaxing .. but this year having go to bar to get drinks instead of helping self, it makes you feel that you're not trusted we are always sensible as use lounge every time we go on holiday

After visiting the Aspire Lounge at Bristol Airport, I was somewhat dissappointed at the fare on offer at the Cardiff Lounge. Welsh cakes and biscuits, crisps and nuts thats all. Will not visit again

Hi after a poor experience the last time 2years ago I decided to give it another go. I did go with my partner it was about 11 30 am a better time than last. Food was not very good bacon and bun poor very dry. No papers like last time, bit more nibbles drink ok but a bit of a bun fight getting a coffee .The lounge was quiet until a family of about 20 came in with young children, piece was finished. Did not think children was allowed but must be now. But on the hole it was a better experience. Not sure I would do it again.

Good food & view but too many people for the space.

Limited food range, although we pre booked and pre paid they seemed to be unable to find a record of our booking.. Toilet facilities were good but wet floor. Overall rather disappointed compared to other airports.

It was nice to be in comfortable seating rather than the metal seats in the ordinary waiting areas. But I found the selection of the food offer very poor not a lot of variety just pasta red sauce or green, and the amount of seating was limited very poorly thought out. we had the very last two seats at the very end of a long walk. However, I thought the selection of drinks at the bar was very good and the barman was friendly. I probably would not use the lounge again. We also had assistance and was told by a girl called 'Giftie' who photographed our boarding passes and said to wait at the Lounge entrance at 3pm and we would be collected, we never saw anyone and we had to make our own way to Gate 45 as we were worried the plane would take off with out us as it was now 3.15pm, so we rushed as quick as we

The lounge was an oasis of quite calm after the usual battle to get through check-in and security. Unfortunately we had been separated with our travelling companions and they had been diverted to The Escape lounge. Our request to join them or them join us fell on totally unsympathetic ears. Additionally our flight was shown to be running late with no further information and the reception staff made no offer or attempt to help get the latest news. Instead we were reminded of the three-hour maximum stay time which added to our discomfort. Also: there no gluten-free options available. It was breakfast-time.

It was too busy, had to wait over 10 minutes for a seat, there wasn't as much choice for food as I was expecting!

Overcrowded! Constantly running out of food and wine. We were a group of 11 that had reserved months in advance as a special start to our 'girls vacation'. We were not impressed.
