No food very disappointing ran out of chicken only had ham egg mayo not worth the money, dirty tables, not value for money. Should be plenty of decent food, doesn't have to be expensive. Proper salad bar not the one you offer.

The food on offer was very patchy - single bowl of cous cous and some soup. Other wise dry ham and crackers/bread - really need to improve the offering - also coffee machine was awful! I really wouldn't mind paying a little more for better food - much better lounges out there for similar money. Receptionist and the staff putting out the food/drinks seemed a little harassed.

A simple airport lounge to get you away from the main hustle and bustle of the main areas. Nothing amazing, gives decent value. Visited in the morning and had a simple breakfast and hot drinks, there were groups enjoying the unlimited bar a bit to well which slightly spoiled the relaxed atmosphere it should be promoting.

Relaxed, quiet atmosphere. TV and reading materials if you want them, good selection of food and drink. Helpful and friendly staff.

I was disappointed that the Exec lounge did not even have their own bathrooms, and I had to walk out each time with all my luggage just to get to the bathroom. The food was okay, and the service staff were very helpful. However, the receptionist was really rude and not helpful at all. The chargers did not work, so I could not charge my phone after a long trip from India to Heathrow. I go to the business lounge at BA all the time during my business travel and that has always been a great experience.

Paid for upgrade to Aspire Plus yet neednt have bothered. Nobody checking to see that upgrade was paid for or to stop non payers wondering in as other side was busy therefore easier to get served in the Plus lounge. The two lounges are linked by a corridor which allows the free movement of people including children which we were told weren't allowed.

The lounge was ok, Things to note in your descriptions are that you only get 1 glass of Prosseco free, the rest you have to pay for. Also, Children should be discounted. This lounge is also quite cramped not much free space. Food was ok, not much available for gluten free. Plenty of hot food which was good. As the only option at T5, it really should be better.

We only had a short time in the lounge due to the size of the queue so we didn't really feel we got value for money.

The food was acceptable but the layout of the lounge, which was very busy and didn't appear to be able to accommodate the number of people who had booked it, was poor. We perched on chairs higher than the table and ate our food on our laps. We do not feel that we had value for our money. We could have eaten outside in the terminal in at least as much comfort for half the price we paid for the alleged luxury of the lounge. We would not book the Executive lounge in Terminal 5 again.

The Cardiff lounge specialises in serving locally produced snacks such as crisps and mostly sweet things like biscuits and Welsh cakes, which are nice but not substantial. we've visited other lounges where cheese and crackers or soup are offered. This lounge has also introduced a small bar so you have to wait to be served with drinks you can't help yourself. It's nice but not great. A little disappointing overall.

Very cold in the lounge . Having to constantly wait for the bacon etc to be added. Not the best lounge.

On entrance to Lounge there was a couple in dispute with your employee over there access to Lounges , Instead of calling for back up , she phoned your main office then was put on hold , and left us all waiting for at least 15/20 mins , as you know we are in Lounges for a limited time , another employee came to assist and we were ushered through , with first employee still on hold , she was starting to get verbal abuse from the couple. The overall experience is good and I've used facilities several times , but your employee didn't deserve to be left on hold and facing abuse , the out come was the couple had only paid for one entry even thou both there names were on paperwork .

I thought the choice you had on offer was poor. The hot choice was was pasta with sausage, so i am a vegetarian and i went to see the waitress who said well when thats gone it will be replaced with just pasta. I said do you think i could order some and she said i will speak to the chef. Ten minutes later she arrived with a bowl of pasta and tomato sauce.

£26 was good value . even though the Food choices were very limited . Staff were very friendly although under pressure at times to replenish food, cutlery, plates etc. The air conditioning in the lounge was not adequate.
