It was nice and relaxed but had next to no snacks left when we arrived at 3pm

its a lovely big lounge. Lots of different types of seating to suit everyone. Only thing was a felt there could have been more hot food available other than soup. Seemed to be a good choice of sweet items, cakes etc. Unfortunately I was feeling a bit under the weather and didn't have any alcohol drinks. So I'm unable to comment on quality or range availability.

first time I have used the lounge for an early flight, did not enjoy it as much as an afternoon flight, as I felt I was rushed. This being that I arrived later in the airport and never had much time to relax in the lounge. I also think the lounge can do with a spruce up as some of the seats were burst and not to a very desirable standard.

Like the relaxed atmosphere, but thought the food choice has gone down

I visited the lounge last year and much preferred it then. The new layout is very stark and not inviting and feels less comfortable. It appears very compartmentalised and does not portray a relaxing environment. The drinks/food on offer were of a good standard and frequently topped up but let down by the new seating arrangements.

Staff were friendly and pleasant but the choice of snacks was really poor as a person who is a plane eater just wanted a ham roll. Unfortunately we arrived at lunchtime only to be advised there was no ham as once it gone it was gone due to cutbacks. I would certainly not recommend the service.

The drink selection was good but food was very average. Also the lounge was so busy that it was a challenge to get a seat to sit and eat. Didn't feel as relaxed as I imagined. Escaping the busyness of the airport didn't really meet my expectations.

The lounge had plenty of areas to sit. However the food ran out quick and wasn't replenished satisfactorily.

Noisy and overcrowded. Lounges used to be quiet with plenty of space. I feel for the price that too many people are crowded into it. Not very happy with the experience I'm afraid.

We had a good view of the runway, however the lounge was crowded and there was little left of the breakfast food, and it didn't look appealing. This was then replaced with lunch-time food. I am not sure I would use it again as it didn't seem good value for money.

Brilliant, nicely decorated but more vegetarian breakfast options would be nice

The lounge was very busy and there were very few seats available. Unfortunately we had limited time in the lounge due to motorway hold ups, so it was all a bit rushed. However, the lack of space was not what we were expecting. The hot food was tepid at best and the bar had run out of glasses so there was a delay of 10-15 minutes in serving drinks. Not very impressed to be honest.

Food on offer wasn't great and staff need a lesson in what good customer service means. One particular female member of staff had very little enthusiasm and wasn't helpful at all. This is supposed to be the start of my holiday, I left the lounge feeling a little let down.
