“Have visited previously and had a good experince. In this instance you could not provide many basic drinks such as brandy or even tonic. Food service was limited and by time replenished it was time to leave. We like the concept but were disappointed in this instance”

“Wasn't any food available as it was evening time , was made to feel they were doing us a favour by cooking bacon rolls , kids weren't made to feel welcome either , first time at this lounge and have to say it was disappointing compared to other Lounges we have used to travel”

“There was plenty of seating so did not have to wait for others to move and having the large Windows allowed the children to see the planes. Unhappy with.... Not all staff were very welcoming and did not want to help when we asked questions, there wasn't a lot of choice for drinks or food. Website said it was family friendly with entertainment, this was not the case. There was no entertainment and children were welcomed if they were sat down being quiet. I would not recommend this lounge.”

“Breakfast food was not replaced. We arrived at 9 am. I noticed there was a lot of food wasted on people's plate. The only thing I liked about it.. .it was not as busy in lounge as in the airport. I would use another lounge setvice”

“A little quieter than the main lounge but still quite busy. Food average and not that much choice. The lavatories need refurbishment. Staff pleasant but PLEASE get them to put empty bottles in receptacles QUIETLY - it is not nice to hear them 'hitting the deck' in the bins you provide when you are trying to relax in a private lounge! And at regular intervals, to boot!”

“Arrived at London luton to coas lots of flights delayed and people queuing to get into the lounge luckily I had booked. Found the lounge extremely busy and only just managed to get seats for my party of 4. Food wasn't great not a lot of choice . Nearly missed our flight due to boards not updating. Not a present experience this visit I'm afraid to say.”

“Good to get away from the hectic main terminal building, however, there were issues with finding a seat due to many being reserved or already taken. Limited availability of food, there was no Cutlery and we were charged for the 2nd drink which seemed to be unfair based on the amount of money paid to access the lounge. In conclusion, based on other lounges I've used this was by far the worst, I would not book again or recommend.”

“NO is the answer. There was no brandy on offer. iasked why and the answer was "we had a busy weekend and they have drunk it all" Absolutely NOT the answer I wanted. Plenty of cakes on show, NO sandwiches. Staff seemed in "no care" mode. NOT worth the money I paid and I shall tell all whos interested.”

“Food was ok, but lounge was dirty and hot as air conditioning not working. Staff ignored bread and cake on the floor despite coming round regularly to clear the tables. There was little room to sit as very busy. We were in lounge for 5 hours due to delayed flight.”
