Polite smiling staff. Clean. Crowded with customers But still quite relaxing. Choice of food a bit too rudimentary.

Not over crowded which is what we prefer. Buffet was fine drinks ok. Toilets were a bit shabby though not a good standard.

I recently been this year 10th July 2017 and I must say It was let down by the food they had on me my husband daughter and grandson all went and all my grandson cud have was a breadbun no crisp available there was raisins in the buns which he didn't lyk and the young girl behind the bar was very miserable may I say . Last year me and my husband and son was there and it was total different that's why we booked it again this year as last year there was sandwiches crackers crisps and soup which was a lot better than this year , I am a nervous flyer so I find it quite relaxing in the vip lounge but after this year it was a real let down so nx year don't think me and my husband will bother

Rather disappointed with experience. We had been in executive lounge in terminal 1, had really enjoyed it so expected the same of Aspire. Rather a dreary setting, quite draughty and uncomfortable seating. May just as well been in main area where we would have more choice of seating. I did hear other people commenting on temperature, staff said that its controlled by the airport not the lounge!! There was nothing there that would make me feel I would want to repeat the experience, unlike terminal 1 where I have re-visited.

The lounge is quite a distance from Terminal C so if you have less than 4 hrs it's not really worth going if you are not in Terminal A or B. I had 3 hrs but due to the distance from Terminal C I only managed a shower. The showers are quite a walk from the actual lounge, once in the shower there was no individual hair dryer or toilet. To dry my hair I had to walk over to the pool with wet hair and use the dryer in the ladies change area, the same to use the toilet. Not convenient but the shower area was clean and the attendants were very pleasent and helpful.

Hi ! I flew from Bangkok to Helsinki via Copenhagen as the transit time was about 5 hrs. hence I decided to spend time at the lounge. The woman staff at the counter was helpful and nice. There are not much people in the lounge, quiet place and good in relaxing. Anyhow, there are no shower area and there are only 2 rooms of toilet. I was not enjoy much on the food as they were not variety at all, seems that they were made for Scandinavian guests only. I would request more variety on food especially hot food e.g. rice or noodle.

They did not particularly. The Luton lounge is adequate and serves its purpose, but is not a quiet , peaceful , lounge , as are more top end products from Middle East airlines.

Unfortunately on this visit it didn't. We always book the lounge to avoid the hustle and bustle of upstairs. It was quiet yet no bread buns. No knives. No coffee cups. Stone cold bacon, waiting for staff to come out of back room to be able to get a drink. Waited ages for aforementioned things to be replenished after asking politely. We liked the new layout but no snacks, other than mini muffins. Disappointed with this visit

Long booking in process, poor choice of food, nibbles that tasted out of date, limited drinks choice, & had to queue at bar for 10 minutes to get a drink. Service poor overall. Room for improvement!

I was disappointed on arrival to find the lounge very busy and took a while to book in. Once inside I discovered that my party of six were unable to sit together and as the main point of booking was to enable our family to sit together this made me very disappointed. After an hour four of us were able to find seats together however, I feel that this was not the outcome that I expected on booking. Regards Eileen Smith
