“I visited the lounge on Monday 31 July in the evening and again at lunchtime on Tuesday 8 August. I found it to be clean, neat and tidy. However I do think that the hot food available could be more varied as on both occasions it did not extend beyond a bowl of soup or a luke warm ham toastie”

“Clean. Good choice of drinks. How did it make me unhappy? No breakfast food only snacks. Lighting too bright. No area to take a nap. No seperate quiet area to escape noisy kids.”

“We had to queue to get in the lounge and then it was choc a block we got the last table that was really uncomfortable. Food needing topping up and was really going fast! A real shame but the staff are very friendly!”

“I think the lounge is ok as I hold a lounge card. However I would have been disappointed had a paid a fee. Rather dark and dingy. Benefits are easier acces to less busy toilets - nice to hve newspapers. Food slightly 'canteen' ish.”

“Mostly friendly staff. Some of the woman were a bit bad-tempered. Good choice of drinks and snacks. Bread was dry though. It was far too crowded at midday with too many clubcard holders etc being allowed in. No seating was available and we had payed £85. It was crowded and noisy. Our flight was delayed and a lovely man let us stay until it boarded so that made it a more positive experience. It was quiet by this point. I don't think I would pay all that money again unfortunately. The first class lounge at Euston station was relaxing and more comfortable which is surely the aim.”

“Do prefer Escape Lounge. Two types of pasta and salad?? Not happy being told we were not allowed in the cordoned off seating area why? Where the comfier seats were and not allowed to sit there!”

“Lovely comfortable relaxed area great range of drinks but snack options not great! Tiniest portions of nuts instead of a small bag! Limited crisps and bread buns ran out! Needs to be slightly more options before I would return”
