Our first visit to aspire was not good! Not a lot of food or drink available! So this was a complimentary ticket and we took our children it was a lot better food and drink wise but not sure I would pay again to use the facility as expensive for what we actually ate and drank! But it was quiet and calming

I thought this was a great idea as I wanted to start our holiday off in style. However everything thing looked good. Food, drink and coffee etc. The only thing wrong was we couldn't get a seat. There was 3 of us and we didn't get a seat together until 30 mins before our flight. So left rather disappointed.

Good welcome. Enough comfortable seating. Relaxing ambience.

It's average, except for the price. No orange juice, I was simply told "we forgot to order some" with a shrug. Only 2 bathrooms. Average cooked food - no toast with the breakfast, tiny plates. Small room. Air conditioning set to Arctic freeze levels. Wi-fi speed was below average. I wouldn't pay for this again.

Didn't really make us happy. Not up to usual standard. Under staffed. Long wait for food to be replenished - when it arrived no clean plates to eat it off.

Good value for money. food was average, beer did run out for about 30 mins of our time there unfortunately. All in all, pretty happy with value but was disappointed with the attitude of staff. Several staff were very grumpy and didn't crack a smile- put a bit of a downer on the experience that I paid a lot of money for. - Crack a smile staff! and at least pretend to be happy- I've done many customer service roles and I would of never been allowed to appear so unhappy and unapproachable.

Not too happy ???? Arrived after long haul flight in transit. Way too busy. We were a party of 4 and REALLY struggled to find seats together. Only managed as a kind gentleman offered to move. Not a great shape to lounge. Long "L" shaped lounge. Looks a bit like an after thought at the end of a room! No bathrooms either. Maybe it was an afterthought after all

The food was good. The lounge was so busy I found i was unable to "lounge". There was a few people who were rather drunk. Next time I will save my money.

This was the first time using Aspire as we used to use the chinook one previously. The food selection was poor and only one hot plate and that was cheese which I am allergic too. The chinook overlooked the runway and it would have been nice for this one to also overlook the runway rather than the duty free. But it was quiet and comfortable which is what we wanted.

it didn't make us happy - air conditioning far too cold. Should be more choice for early morning travellers

It was quiet and comfortable seating was available. However we had to pay full price for our 13 year old son and there were no children friendly food options available. I will not book the lounge again with children.
