“Alot smaller than I had thought with half the lounge reserved for Singapore Airlines Premium customers, the variety of food/drink was acceptable and no complaints. We had to share a table with another couple as it was so busy along with alot of other couples/customers who used the lounge whilst we was in there. No private toilets, these are shared with the other lounges in the corridor and can be used by all passengers in the terminal if they know to go upstairs. The atmosphere despite how busy the lounge was however was exactly what we wanted, stress free and we was able to relax before the 13 hour flight to Singapore. 3/5 Stars.”

“In the past I have used the Executive Lounges at Newcastle Airport and Leeds Bradford Airport and been very happy with the experience - a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle outside together with a wide variety of drinks and snacks. However I was not particularly impressed with the experience in the new lounge at Newcastle Airport. I enjoyed the breakfast but, for the rest, it was noisy and cold and we left before our allotted time. As a pensioner the cost of upgrading to the other lounge would be too much.”

“Yeah it was good to escape the crowds. However, the snacks were not as they could be. The vegetarian sandwiches should be separate from the others for me to be able to eat them. Additionally, I think there should be more vegan options. On the plus side,the staff were lovely and welcoming.”

“Nice relaxing experience before my flight, the food selection consisted of bacon, scrambled eggs, buns, cereal, muffins, cookies, yogurt, croissants, apple and orange juice, tea, coffee and buscuits, nice comfortable seats and peaceful.”

“Could of been better last time as all food when arrived was gone two of the staff were moaning to each other a bout the crisps be eaten as soon as they fill them but that's all there was to eat food was bought out as I was leaving some cobs ect if this was the 1st time I used this lounge I would not of come back again but I fly from here all the time just disappointed this vist with my two girls was poor to say the lest”
