It was extremely busy and there was limited space to sit (even had the proverbial noisy ill behaved children). Makes me think whether it is worthwhile using and paying for the lounge.

The comfort and the quiet are the main points

Work space was good, internet was a reasonable speed. Good selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. Disappointed with the choice of snacks available. Most lounges I have attended provide sandwiches and light bites but these were not readily available.

"I was somewhat surprised on my arrival to be told to wait a few minutes as the lounge was full. When I actually was allowed to enter, I did find it rather full and I could not initially locate a seat to sit on. I had to wait until a departing guest had moved in order to obtain a seat. \r\nOnce I had a seat and went to the buffet, I found it to be quite limited. I then asked a waitress if I could order a burger and salad and I was told it would be at least 30 minutes. I decided to leave the lounge to go outside to purchase a burger and then return. Overall a very average attendance. "

Comfortable seat, quiet environment, no annoying flight announcements. However the decor is becoming very shabby and not in a chic way. Tiny toilet facility for the amount of people that use them

There was a good supply of food and alcochol available. The view is lovely too. And the screens for flights boarding within view.

Ok, but nowhere near the comfort of the actual Emirates lounge. Less food selection as well and a bit tiny. No showers. One small toilet cubicle

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. In the lounge itself was very busy and the table we found to sit at hadn't been cleaned. There was a queue at the bar, however the barman did apologise for the wait and again was very friendly. The food however left a lot to be desired, there was very minimal choice at the salad counter, and the one hot dish which was available lacked flavour. When my partner went up for food there was even less choice then when I went up, for the price we paid for the lounge and the quality and relaxation we expected from it, we were very dissapointed, and feel we didn't get value for money.

Food was very poor in the Banque nationale lounge in Montreal compared to the former TD lounge.

"Quite and peaceful" but disappointed with warm food options and cracker soup available but no cheese or butter until we asked -several times !

Comfortable seating. Mostly quiet atmosphere (see below). ** Helpful and friendly bar staff. Nice, stylish furnishings. Lovely loos. **Slightly spoilt by two member of staff speaking extremely loudly about their work schedule and time off. Also, although it was advertised online that there were newspapers, they weren't any and I had to go out and buy one.

The food was good and even with the over crowding it was pretty quiet. The free alcohol drinks were pretty minimum. The bartender did not know what a margarita was.

We have used this lounge on several occasions in the past and have enjoyed it. The food is plentiful and the staff are great. This time we arrived with our 15 year old and were informed that due to a rule change she was not allowed into the main part of the lounge and would have to be in the family section. This meant that anytime she wanted hot food, we had to go and get it for her as she was not allowed into the other side, or if my husband and I wanted to have a drink we had to leave her to sit by herself. Not a great start to a family vacation. As the lounge filled up more and more people came to sit in the family section that did not have kids - and they brought their drinks. The staff were great but we will most likely use another lounge next time we are with our daughter.

nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main aiport and to be given complimentary drinks, staff welcoming. However, I dont think Mobay was good value for money, for what you got, air con could be colder, food limited, food not to everyones taste.

The lounge was packed and to be honest not much different to downstairs. The choice of food is minimal. For an hour there was no cakes just a few select biscuits, and when the cake was bought out it was gone before I could get there. The choice of warm food options were cheap, pasta for example, which I don't like, and it crossed my mind that this was run to make profit and not to please customers. It would have been cheaper to go downstairs. However, my parents enjoyed it, they eat next to nothing, and the chairs are very comfortable. I managed to get them cake, which is always a winner, and we all had a glass of wine, which was very nice. I just wish there had been more food choice. It was not worth the £22 odd each.
