“The lounge was very easy to find with both the staff at the check in desk and the bar being very friendly and polite. The food was good as was the choice of beverages. However, the lounge was very busy with used crockery and cutlery lying around for a long time before being collected.”

“Nice lounge but looking a little tired. Could be made better by having less sachets of food and cutlery instead of sticks to stir your tea. Lampshades are all lopsided and looking Brown at the edges. People on phones taking loudly in quiet area. Children running around and group of people in sportswear looking like they were off to a stag. It could do with a maitre 'd to organise staff and to keep an eye on things and check in with customers. This would bring it to a better level of service.”

“Plenty of space at the time I went in. However there were no cups at either of the two hot drink stations. no egg at the breakfast bar. I'm not sure if this is right but I could only find one toilet and that was outs ide the lounge?”

“Plenty of coffee and nibbles in a nice, quiet environment but no brandy was available for the whole time that we were in the lounge. This was very disappointing.”

“We always use the Aspire Lounge when we fly from Edinburgh. This time we were very disappointed with the lounge as there was very little to eat. Pasta was the only hot food available (sorry there was also soup) and not to our taste, a small square of victoria sponge later a small muffin was available also packets of crisps. Okay if you like salad. Where are all the packets of biscuits we used to get? The staff were attentive as usual and the lounge kept clean. This time for what was offered we do not think it is worth the money.”

“Only just got 2 seats and the aircon was rubbish it was far cooler in the main terminal ,more choice of food ,maybe scampi and chips not a bland tasteless pasta, not worth the money we paid.”

“Clean and good options. However, too crowded and in our opinion certain clientele didn't meet the dress code, including a number with sports shirts. On a positive the food choice was good (bacon and scrambled egg both good). Whilst i fully understand the concern re excessive alcohol, you did feel questioned when asking for anymore than 2.”

“when i arrived at the lounge there wasn't any seats left so i had to sit on a table there was no draught beer as it had run out i had 2 bottles of beer only to be told they had run out of the one i was drinking and only had tiger beer that i don't like the food was limited and not much of it”

“I wouldn't say it made me happy, I was more disappointed with this lounge due to the limited supplies you offer. I've been in better lounges at Manchester Airport and right now I don't think I would book this one again”
