“Disappointed with the food ... not nearly the choice of the Escape Lounge ..ran out of bacon .. then ran out of Ham ... only had biscuits and small cakes .... asked for a Baileys ..told they didn't do it ... seating was ok as was the view .. wouldn't go again as not as good as Escape Lounge”

“It was good to get away frrom the shops. But it took too long for many people to check in through the reception - I could not see why it should. The lounge was smaller than I expected and almost full. The breakfast was pathetic and small.”

“The aspire lounge is very aesthetically pleasing and has very good amenities. However, the lounge can get very busy and I was lucky to find a table, further to this they had run out of ketchup at breakfast time something which should not happen when paying for a premium service. When I queried this they said a delivery was due however after being in the lounge for one hour they had still not arrived. Overall an ok experience.”

“Great space. Very comfortable with excellent decoration. Bathroom was horrible. Restrooms should be changed so they are clean and modern. Food selection is too small. Drinks are good but more food items should be added. The lounge also needs more flight screens. It was also be nice to have a TV screen with BBC or CNN news.”

“We treated my son and his partner to two lounge passes for his 21st birthday gift for the start of his trip to New York. I think he really appreciated the comfortable seating !!”

“The staff at the liverpool lounge where very welcoming and always quick to serve us. I also think it's great that the tables are reserved to ensure that you all have a seat together in the lounge. However, we felt that the food on offer wasn't great and there wasn't enough variety, especially compared to the Manchester lounge which we have visited previously. We arrived at around 12.30 pm and stayed for the full three hours and there was only sandwiches, biscuits and crisp on offer all that time. I imagine it wouldn't be great for fussy eaters either as there where no meats / plain items available for the sandwiches it was three fillers all mixed with mayo. Overall, although the sandwiches where nice there wasn't enough variety for the price.”

“It was very busy,noisy and difficult to find somewhere to sit when we first arrived but became quieter later on. A little disappointed in the choices of food as not everything listed on the website was available.”
