It was nice to have a quiet place to visit for our 3 hour stay at Copenhagen airport.

clean, tidy and quiet, no hot food available for breakfast, very basic compared to other lounges around the world, would not bother to use early in the day

It didn’t really as there were 2 incidents of customers arguing with the manager that required the presence of the Airport Police to the executive lounge . This was the first time that I had used a lounge and the selection and availability of the food/snack products were very limited and in some instances unavailable. The staff were constantly in the back office and therefore there were times when getting a drink took time waiting for a staff member to re appear. In all not a good first experience and I would consider just using the selection of bars available in the departure lounge in future.

I could keep my small child in an enclosed environment and also liked the free wifi

Not a good experience. Lounge was very busy, staff struggling to cope, replenish, clean. Felt like a canteen rather than a lovely pre flight experience, poor quality food, staff brusque and noisy when clearing crockery, with new food venues now opened I doubt I will be back due cost vs experience, you need to up your game Aspire.

Usually Nice atmosphere to start your holiday but spoilt by being overbooked There was not enough room for four of us to sit together so two of our party spent most of the time standing Part of the lounge was reserved for Singapore airlines and this part was nearly empty and no seats in the remaining area

Staff very friendly and efficient considering how busy it was on a Saturday afternoon.

The refreshments were pleasant, however the member of staff that greeted us on arrival was positively unfriendly!

Staff were very kind and accommodating, in spite of the rudeness of some customers. Unlimited alcohol a good bonus and food was tasty. However, it was very limited and not displayed in a very appetising way. Most of the seats were reserved for guests from specific airlines so there was barely anywhere to sit - really takes the mick when you've paid out of pocket for the service. Overall not that impressed and wouldn't pay for this again.

"Airport was very full so able to relax away from crowds. Food was extremely poor. Apart from reception staff other staff seemed uninterested "

I was less than happy, as a result I have sent a message of complaint regarding the "quality " of the food available.

It was much too cold although staff said it was an airport problem the rest of the airport was fine. The bacon croissants were not replaced and the 'clean' coffee cups were so dirty it was difficult to find one to use

Have used escape lounges previously this was our 1st visit to aspire & we were disappointed. There were big queues for the bar with only 1 member of staff & we had to wait for food as they were short staffed. Even though they knew the situation they were still letting customers pay to come in. Only choice of good was pasta or ham & bread. Will use escape in future.

Aspire Lounge in Heathrow T5 was average. There isn't much seating available, and we were lucky to be seated at all (which is kind of the point of booking a lounge). Complementary bubbly on arrival is always appreciated, but wasn't mentioned by the guy at the front desk, only when we ordered some at the bar did we find out it was complementary. Food options were limited. Charging sockets didn't work.

Very friendly front of house staff. Generally a quiet and modern lounge. Downsides are that it's small and the food/drink options are minimal.

Overall I thought the room was too small and people were crammed in. Some people struggled to get seated straight away. Seating was reasonable but not above average for comfort. The food on offer was again reasonable but nothing special with a limited selection. Drinks selection was poor with no cider on offer. On a positive note all your staff I found were friendly and helpful. I have used escape lounges before but doubt if I would book again. Its a simple decision for me do I think you offer value for money and comfort for the money I paid. On this occasion my answer would be no.

Relaxed area before our flight, however the room and furniture are starting to look grubby and dirty, and not really what I would have called "executive". Staff were friendly enough, but a little slow in cleaning tables after people have left for a flight. We had to clear our own table........
