“well actually I have to say I prefer the escape lounge compared to this, didn't like the way I had to ask at the bar for drinks instead of just getting them out of the fridge myself. Tables etc didn't have power sockets near them meaning you have to go to the 'worktop' area to charge your phone. Food choice was very limited as well, all in all not too impressed considering this was more expensive than the Escape lounge”

“Drinks and wine available in enough quantities. Some choices of food acceptable it is after all not a restaurant but a lounge. At my visit it was Couscous This is not my favorite food, however the mushroom soup was very good and therefore I took only this and salad.”

“On our visit from 11am, the breakfast had just finished and we found that the restocking of all the buffet was very slow. Things ran out quickly and you had to keep asking for new stocks We were made to feel that we were lucky being 'given' this service, when we had, in fact, paid in advance. A more customer friendly attitude of the staff would have been welcome.”

“Disappointed no hot food. A croissant, Welsh cakes and crisps doesn't really cut the mustard. The Executive Lounge at Bristol is what it says, Cardiff needs copy it, at the moment it's not up to it's name. No bar service and poor choices. Lots of tables reserved! For who? Unable to book through Holiday Extras, do they know something? A vast improvement is required to come anywhere near other airport lounges.”

“The lounge is great value for money and I'd definitely use again. My only concern is that a lot of areas were dirty, including the sofa we originally wanted to sit on and the floor was covered in stains all over. The men's toilets had a lot of tissue around the sinks and floor as the bin seemed to have been full for a long time. I informed one of the staff who did arrange for a cleaner to deal with the issues very promptly. As said I will certainly use Aspire again as it's such good value but I would expect a cleaner environment.”

“The lounge was very average. It requires a refurb if i'm completely honest and finishing touches . Such as the soap in the bathroom is very cheap and basic , there's no hand cream!|”

“Friendly service. Good facilities. Food was very basic and what was available was not at all appetizing. A glass of processco which would have been nice as it was the start of holiday was not free.”

“not a friendly or welcoming reception on arrival, receptionis bordered on being rude, bar staff didnt speak only a nod of the head, seating area cramped dirty tables limited selection of food was more snacks than food, poor coffee.”
