“easy to find as it is located with all other lounges, as we normally travel business class lounges are included with the flight so we could compare with aspires this was a short flight decided to pay for lounge ,price was fine as we save couple of pound for oaps £28 for 2, the lounge was comfortable for the couple of hours we were there, only complain was there was limited hot food soup and pasta, drinks were fine, the carpet in the seating area was very dirty and needs a clean, if these were addressed would reccomend”

“They didn’t. I only the booked the previous evening and planned to join friends who had already booked. On arrival I was made to feel very unwelcome and unable to join my friends. There were 6 of my friends across the lounge and other guests were shocked at how I was treated and offered for me to join them. After 30 mins or common sense prevailed and they allowed me to join my friends area.”

“We were actually in Terminal 5, but arrangements were made to move our booking. We definitely appreciated that. However, we never got the cocktail I paid for, and the food was just okay. The entire experience was okay, but not what I expected.”

“Overall Good .... the furniture needs cleaning better. Full of bits and dirty. The tables need clearing quicker didn't seem to be many staff on shift. Have had better experience in the lounges.”

“We were lucky that staff had reserved a table for our party as I have never experienced the lounge being so busy. What was very disappointing was having to wait in a queue for over 20 minutes to be served a drink.”

“Was not very impressed as we were a party of 6 aged brracket 56-61 yrs was told to sit away behind patrician, the food was dried up and not much left , had to ask if fresh food was being put out which it was but cold, the barman was very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome, captain Morgan spicy rum is a very popular drink and selection was limited Very poor food dried up and cold barman was pleasant”

“The fact you can sit in comfort and not queue to use the bathroom. Plenty to drink and wide variety. Can charge our phones and use WiFi.”

“First point of contact being the lady on reception didn’t make me feel welcome and hardly spoke or smiled. Only hot food available in the morning is toast would have liked maybe a wider selection but for the money I paid it was worth it. I would definitely book the lounge again. It’s a relaxing area away from the airport traffic.”

“Relaxed atmosphere. However, very disappointed with lack of gluten free food. Options could be made available that everybody can eat - not just coeliacs. Had to chase up my bottle of champagne.”

“An ok experience. Having to wait in queue at bar to get drinks was unacceptable. At times only one person serving. Having fridge with beer in a better idea. Also having to ask twice for cake and being told it would be out shortly not acceptable. I prefer the other lounge in terminal 1.”
