“The lounge was clean and modern, albeit very small and extremely overcrowded. The food selection was poor, as we arrived as breakfast was ending and before lunch was served. The website suggested a table would be reserved for my arrival as champagne had been booked, however this did not happen! We were left to fight for a table and eventually the champagne found its way to us. The lounge would be much better if it was bigger...”

“Comfy chairs, USB sockets to charge phone. BUT, no hot food for entire stay (over 2hrs), children running and screaming despite the clear signage - staff made no effort to address.”

“The lounge was clean and with lots of free seats at the time of our arrival at 11am. Many walk ins we're turned away due to expected guests so booking is worthwhile. Food was limited but the pasta carbonara was delicious. We had complimentary drinks, newspapers and watched tv. It was nice to spend time in the tranquility of it all and would book again.”

“Lounge was clean and tidy. I arrived between breakfast and lunch. Lunch was very slow to be put out and by 12.30pm there was still only soup. Need a wider selection of drinks and food. Definitely not as good as the Causeway Lounge at the International.”

“I'd have liked it more if children weren't permitted in the lounge and also I have to admit the white wine is terrible, almost undrinkable. Please consider changing this. The food options were good. Music would set a better atmosphere.”

“Was not too impressed with the lounge in terminal 2. Having used the terminal 1 before was expecting this one to be as good if not better. Poor choice of food, hot or cold. Very busy with not much space making it feel very packed and the decoration is very dull with not very bright lightening. Staff not as friendly in this lounge either, hard put to smile!! Do not need miserable staff meeting or serving you behind the bar. Not on top of my list to go back for a visit I am afraid.”

“The staff were friendly and the choice of drinks was fine. Two criticisms, no soup and the seating was scruffy and covered in crumbs. Wi fi was ok but I believe I was on the Emirates band after help from staff member. Good value for money !”
