“It was an OK space, loved the cheese selection. But have to admit it was cramped and not the most relaxing as in you wondered around trying to find a place to sit. I am glad I booked ahead and got in. But not sure it was worth the cost.”

“I think the lounge has massively improved since early last year the decor is so much better and less cramped..... Just a pity about the lady greeting people on entry a smile would not have gone amiss.... OK it was 6am and she might not have wanted to be in work but it is the start of a well earned holiday for most people... That's why I have only give a 3, The lounge itself, choice of drinks and the rest of the staff were fabulous We will probably book again”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. The lounge was really clean comfortable and relaxing. Maybe a little hot food would have improved the experience. But on the whole very enjoyable.”

“Certainly, the Aspire lounge in T3 is quiet and comfortable, a relative oasis of calm when on a long afternoon stopover. Wifi and power - supplied and working. The food is, however, limited in its variety. There is clearly a budget being met here.”

“I cant say it made me happy but it’s always a nice start to a holiday. We have had better lounge experiences though. It was too busy and there was no where to sit for a proportion of our visits there. The Wi-fi wasn’t working either and due to the amount of people there, the choice and availability of food wasn’t great.”

“Hi It was good to sit somewhere quiet and not have to walk miles to find a toilet. On the downside, not a great deal of choice for breakfast, not really wanting alcohol at that time of day. Food was not replenished quick enough, so not really value for money. Best Regards Gill”

“Polite staff, lots of toilets! Most areas clean with a fair choice of food although very poor for people with food intolerances or allergies. I've only given three stars as it was extemly busy and we couldn't find a seat for the first 15 minutes.”

“Long queues to get in with only one staff member. Nobody in regular attendance at the bar. Food and snacks were good. Staff clearing tables regularly.”

“Sorry, we found the seating uncomfortable.not a lot of choice of food ,the reserved area was empty but we were not allowed to sit there. we were restricted as to where we could sit as an area was reserved for Singapore airlines. It was understaffed, leaving people waiting at the bar area. One member of staff was trying her best to meet customers and serve them.”

“Very nice lounge-chairs, view not very nice (could not see airfield due to other building. Floor- Light right across was shining right into my eyes - not so nice. Reception very caring and professional! Food simple, nothing special.”

“Certainly a better environment than the normal waiting area. However we were a bit disappointed with one or two things. It was quite crowded which shows how popular it is, but also means it isn't as relaxing as you would hope. The correct crockery wasn't immediately available - who uses bowls for muffins and scones? Only small tea plates were available for the hot food. The staff were working hard but I think understaffed for the volume of business and couldn't keep up. So overall, acceptable up to a point but based on the pictures on the web site a bit disappointing.”

“bit disappointed with the lounge, choice of food was very limited. Was very busy when we arrived so had to wait a little while to find a table. ok if you only want to drink. For us not worth the money, and could have had more choice in the main area. probably wouldn't use it again, and wouldn't recommend it.”

“I would like to say this was not up to your standards my wife went to toilet and system was not working kids running round the chairs nobody tried to stop them why went out on the 5th October am thinking is it worth it.”

“Food and drinks were tasty and there was a good selection. Bar staff were really friendly. It was quite busy in the lounge while we were there, and as such quite a few crumbs and things on the tables and windowsills.”
