“Good reception by staff despite being busy. Check in was fast and smooth. Hard to find a seat. Had to sit on the not so comfy stools by phone charging station. There was a comfy booth that was reserved...not aware that you can reserve a spot. Had a very expensive shower although understandably if it was cheaper it would too be crowded. Not even a shower cap included in the price. A wet bath mat from a previous client not cleared away. Food offerings were okay for the price.”

“The lounge was comfortable, with free WiFi. On the negative side, the choice of drinks was limited and the "food" turned out to be crisps, nuts and biscuits.”

“Was not impressed because all the comfy seats were reserved and we ended up with just normal seats just like in the airport.also the bar selection was not very good and not much food choice.was not what we expected will not be doing again.”

“The food was good and the available drinks were good However the lounge was far to overcrowded and it was hard to find seats. Trying to eat breakfast while standing up is a major issue I will not be booking this lounge in a hurry again.”

“Once I found a seat (which was not easy) and made it through the long queue to get in, there was a nice selection of snacks and drinks. I enjoyed the public bathroom outside of the facility, but would have preferred one inside. The woman bussing the tables was the best experience of all. She was kind and competent.”

“I was disappointed with the experience, it was crowded, narrow with a very limited selection of food. I could have spent 3 hours in a coffee shop and still spent less money on food and drink that it cost to use the lounge”

“We used T2 lounge earlier in the year and were very pleased with the experience. As now flying from T1 booked the lounge. We were looking forward to using the lounge but were really disapointed. The food was constantly running out so when a dish was replenished it disappeared immediatly meaning rather than having a meal, each dish had to be eaten as and when it was available. There was a perminent long queue at the bar and even the drinks were running out. For dessert one type of cake was available, cut into small squares which disappeared at the speed of light!!. The staff were very busy as was the lounge but surely operating a booking system gives a good idea of the amount of food required yet virtually everything was running out. We were VERY disapointed.”
