Great lounge, only if you don't get to Luton airport with about 5 hours to spare then you'll not get value for money. We arrived at Luton airport to a shambolic traffic system where there were inappropriately placed signs for the multi storey car park valet parking with so much traffic on a Thursday morning so no idea where to exit or which lane to be in until the very last minute which means switching lanes with already infuriated drivers having to let you pass. Then to top it off you get to your check in desk over 2 hrs before to find the biggest queue out of the queuing ropes that takes over an hour to to get through. Then you pay another extra to go through speedy security only that isn't fast either with people dilly dallying. Finally get to the lounge and after paying over £80 for a family of 4 we were able to spend a maximum 10mins in there. A waste of money. Got to have a quick drink and use the loo. The kids quickly at a little something then we had to dash to the gate at the other end of the airport. In all a very disappointing start to our family holiday. I can only give a 3 star as I have no idea what the service was that I could have experienced due to the shambles of the rest of the airport.

I really enjoyed the environment, the comfortable seating and quiet mood of the room. However I found the selection of food on offer dissapointing. Certain things weren't replaced for some time, so I didn't even know, for example, fruit and yogurt was being served until I started to leave.

Very disappointed with the dry bread and very limited choice of food not what I expected at all I did not expect cheese and egg to be the only available options on a positive note the staff were very attentive

Wi-fi worst than airport. Food ok. Poor choice of beverages (no gin!) Too crowded, too noisy. Some staff a little bit rude.

Food was of a reasonable quality although the breakfast to lunch changeover period was poor. I think breakfast finishing at 10.30 is too early, far too many pasta dishes n the lunch menu. Limited spirits, non alcohol free beers or lagers either. No newspapers and just four magazines with obscure titles. Overall I have been n better lounges. The heat was too high also.

The lounge was quiet and kept constantly clean, no problem there. But the food on offer was basic (pasta or a salad) and was constantly running out. So if you want to drink stupidly then maybe it would warrant the price.

The lounge is lovely, however very disappointed in the fact there was no Gluten Free option. A member of staff gave me a Gluten Free bread roll. Nothing to put in it as the Buffett cart could have had good contamination. Staff really didn't care there was no option for those with Ceoliacs.

This is way short of an airline lounge, but on the other hand it is much better than trying to find somewhere to hang out on the main concourse. When we arrived we had great difficulty finding a seat, particularly as some travelers had decided to use the sofa as a bed. Once seated it is not as restful as the other lounges I used and the facilities are far more limited. That said, for a short flight, it's much less expensive than upgrading to club class.

Comfortable with good views. Nice and modern. Good choice of drinks but not a good choice of food. :(

The food and drink I had were of acceptable quality. However the lounge was very busy so it was not the calm oasis I had hoped for. Seats were close to others so you could not talk privately. The quiet area for sleeping is not well signed enough as people kept wandering in there looking for somewhere to go. There are not enough toilets. It is quicker to go outside and use the public ones. The food was strange. Certain items for breakfast but not a whole meal and a poor (hot) vegetarian selection.

Quiet area away from the crowds but needs updating as the seating was a bit shabby and the toilets weren't particularly clean

Very understaffed, wasn't the cleanest of places.... staff were fantastic with the resources they had.... maybe senior management could come and roll up there sleeves or at least rectify the situation. First time using the aspire lounge... would very much doubt using again...

The lounge was very clean and comfortable refreshments average but the service was very slow quite poor in fact items were not replenished with any haste n fact some people appeared to leave with out being served as time is very limited when you finally arrive. Lots of staff standing around only one person serving at any time. I felt this may be intentional. Not the best exsperiace for some I feel Regards Andy Firth
