“As all lounges in the airport it is a place to relax in comfort prior to flight. The issue is the variety of food available is minimal and drinks.”

“the bar staff were first class doing their jobs, but our visit was spoilt by the manager who has a major, major attitude problem, she has no customer service skills and has a very condescending, egotistical manner which left a bad taste in our mouths before flying out to Portugal for my wife's 65th birthday”

“I would normally use my dragonpass to enter a lounge, but on this occasion I paid the additional amount for access as there was not a compatible lounge in terminal 5. In comparison to other lounges I have used, the standard was not as I had expected. The staff were not very attentive at all. There was no introduction to the lounge advising what was available, where it was and any general information. The food provided was of a good quality but was missing some items, such as bread rolls and was not replenished in a timely manner. All in all I would say it was better than sitting at the gate but considering the amount of eateries available in terminal 5, I don't think I would pay the extra next time.”

“I paid full price and did not have the full lounge service because the lounge did not have the license for alcohol. The manager gave us free drinks at the bar across.”

“Was disappointed to arrive and find that no tables and chairs where available, the lounge had clearly been booked over its capacity and many people where left without a seat and had to stand. This is not what you would expect as part of the privilege of paying to attend the lounge you expect to be able to relax prior to your flight and at entry to the lounge it was clear that we could not relax until there was seats and tables available. Was also unhappy that the Singapore section of the lounge was empty yet we were asked to refrain from sitting in that area (even though the rest of the lounge was full with no seats available). Once there was chairs and tables available the lounge experience was good. The bar services was good as was the selection of snacks and beverages available.”
