“Best decision we made and would definitely book again. After 14 hours on a plane, a shower, massage chair, ample food and beverages and a place to relax was pure bliss. We didn’t want to leave. We would strongly recommend anyone travelling to take advantage of Executive Lounges service.”

“No seating availability due to the lounge being completely packed. I had to walk around for 10/15 minutes waiting to find a seat. Seating availability very poor. No private toilets, had to use general airport toilets. When I found a seat, it took too long for the existing passengers food and drink to be cleared from the table.”

“I really enjoy going to the Executive lounge prior to flying from Cork. The team there are really friendly & efficient. I would recommend looking at the glassware - in particular the wine glasses as these could be improved in quality and shape.”

“Even though we had booked couple of months in advance they were very unprepared. It was extremely busy and I thought it was very disorganised. Not much food put out, no cutlery or plates, they were in the middle of changing from breakfast to lunch and they did have staff members off sick so I'll give them benefit of the doubt. But wasn't as relaxing an experienced as usual.”
