“Getting less and less for your money.I arrived at the lounge at 7.30am and all that was on offer was a small amount of watery scrambled egg, about 6 slices of half cooked bacon and some baked beans,no sausages.I asked at the bar for a large gin and tonic and was told we only serve singles (strange as the times I have used the lounges I have always been able to get a large measure) I said in that case I will have two singles and was served them so where is the logic in that.No nibbles,crisps or cheese and crackers. Not one of the best experiences I have ever had.”

“Lounge was nice and well presented, the bar maid basically never wanted to be there, constantly not behind the bar and seemed to not want to serve, receptionist was lovely, think there should be a adults only area, screaming kids are not what I expected, would come again”

“A quiet and relaxing way to start a holiday. The breakfast menu was good. Staff are always welcoming. The only downside was the prices seem to be going up. But is still better value than using the other airport eating and drinking outlets”

“Well enjoyed it to a point! Staff weren’t over friendly and not that helpful! To be honest they didn’t really know how to serve drinks! Thought the cooked breakfast was overcooked and totally dried up! Disappointed they were no bathroom facilities within the lounge”

“Very relaxing way to start our holiday. Polite receptionist explained the services and we found the lounge decor to be very pleasing and the food offered adequate for early morning travel. Would definitely use executive lounges on our next holiday”

“Frequently use these lounges, this time took my parents in, who had never been before. Wish I'd gone to frankie and Benny's. Sausages were burnt to a crisp, no toast, definitely not worth the price. The chairs are uncomfortable, also, the segregated area for certain airlines makes you feel like a second class citizen. Certainly does not live up to expectations for £26.99 a person”

“Fabulous stay at the Aspire Lounge in T2 before our morning flight! The staff are lovely and friendly, the cooked breakfast was fresh and hot and very tasty too! Had the chance to relax and have a few drinks as well! This really puts the extra shine onto the start of your holiday! Will definitely book with Executive Lounges again as the process was very slick and simple as well as excellent value for money!”
