“I regularly use the lounge in Belfast City airport and have also used Edinburgh airport lounge. I found the staff in both lounges were really cheerful and welcoming. Edinburgh lounge has a much bigger range of food and drink. But this does not distract from the comfortable surroundings in Belfast. I have recommended Belfast to my friends due to the relaxed atmosphere before your flight.”

“Very good thanks , everything was perfect in the aspire plus lounge in bristol during our visit in Jan 2020 , the one thing my wife always does mention to me is the one unisex loo. Would be nice to have at least one of each . Over than this we always have a lovely relaxed visit when we come around 6 times a year , Thankyou”

“Visited Aspire lounge Gatwick North Terminal, got special offer price, been there before but range of food and drinks quality inferior to previous visit, no newspapers of any kind available, heard staff informing customers who asked where newspapers were to go outside to 1 floor level up to look for newspapers which I thought was unacceptable. I would not have been happy to pay full price for services received on the day.”

“Very disappointed with our visit hot food had been there for a while was not very tempting, no toast /toaster, just tea/coffee and only beer by the glass or can, food was brought in fresh when we were leaving after an hour and a half, thought it would be a good start to our holiday but it wasn't We were the only ones there”

“We arrived at the lounge as breakfast was still being served lots of choice. We visited from 10.30-12.30 so lunch was also served while we were there also a good choice. Cakes cheese and crackers fruit plenty to choose from and a good choice of soft drinks hot drinks and alcohol. We always use aspire at Gatwick when we fly.”

“We were welcomed well and there were plenty of tables available. The food options were great however a lot of food had ran out like bread and when asked the staff said they had none left. I also waited about 10 minutes to find someone to ask for more glasses and there was none available on the shelf”

“The check in was prompt and polite. Despite the airport being busy this lounge was able to cater for a relaxed environment and refreshing choice of both food and beverages. Colleagues within the lounge were courteous and engaged with my wife and I to a pleasant level. The tables were cleared down at all times and there was never a queue for both soft and alcohol drinks. The hot food available was also acceptable and cheese had condiments to accompany it.”
