“Newcastle lounge is a bit too popular.. instead of using my card, I pre book to make sure I can get in. I do this because I can’t imagine not using the lounge. Everything I need is there, breakfast,coffee, alcohol, sweet things.. peace and quiet, and a comfortable place to sit.. something not really available in the actual airport. I just wish it was twice the size..”

“Lovely looking and comfortable surrounding. Food choice and snacks I thought was not great. Snacks were poor. Waiting for somebody to serve alcoholic drink I ended up having coffee and a soft drink. I was disappointed personally. Cleaning staff were very quick in tidying tables.”

“Although the lounge was busy, it wasn't noisy. Reasonable selection of hot and cold food and drinks available. Staff were attentive, clearing used plates very quickly. Downside is that there are no toilets exclusively for lounge patrons' use, meaning you have to exit and re-enter the lounge area each time.”

“I regularly use the lounge in Belfast City airport and have also used Edinburgh airport lounge. I found the staff in both lounges were really cheerful and welcoming. Edinburgh lounge has a much bigger range of food and drink. But this does not distract from the comfortable surroundings in Belfast. I have recommended Belfast to my friends due to the relaxed atmosphere before your flight.”
