“We love going to lounges before our flights and have done so for years but please stop cutting back, the prices have gone up considerable over the last couple of years but the quality has fallen badly. The ladies toilets were still out of order last week. There were no decent sized rolls at breakfast only tiny ones and please brink back the full range of daily news papers.”

“We had a large booking of 14. The gentleman that booked us in (didn’t take his name, he was an older gentleman) was brilliant. He’d noticed that the booking was for 14 people and had reserved us an area so we could all sit together (which we’d not asked for) and on several occasions came over to check on us. He also made a point of asking where/why we were travelling and wish me happy birthday as it was for my 40th. An absolute asset to your lounge!!”

“Very disappointed that the majority of the comfortable soft seating was marked as reserved when we arrived. No passengers appear to be using them whilst we were there either. Seating in lounges should be first come first basis.”

“Quiet, food was good and the bathrooms clean. Some phone cords for charging would be helpful. Also the online booking was confusing to me with the dollar sign looking like a pound sign. The girl at the front desk was helpful”

“Very good standards - staff polite - lounge quiet & peaceful. Great wifi The staff are constantly cleaning After guests and this is amazing no dirty plates lying around My flight was delayed & the lounge offers longer stay when flights delayed for no extra costs. Food was good with healthy options too Good transit stay”

“The lounges have stopped using Smirnoff Vodka and the watered down Pepsi from the machine is awful. The food was cooked well enough but was warm not hot enough. I don't know if I would return???”

“Coffee machine was out of order. We had to go searching for cups. Staff moved us so they could take photos of table placement. Food was average and not always hot. Good range of juices though.”

“The Aspire lounge terminal 2 did not have the same welcoming attitude as terminal 1. Terminal 1 we have used on a regular basis but we now fly with Jet 2 so that is the aspire lounge we had to use. I dont think the variety of food was good and it wasn't replenished very quickly. The seating was very cramped. I possibly would use it again but would like it to improve. Quite a few children choosing food and then putting it back.”
