“Great service, friendly and welcoming. Staff were really engaging and couldn’t do enough for you. Really nice touch with the complimentary glass of Prosecco for my husbands birthday. Would highly recommend and will rebook on my next travels. Thanks”

“Relaxing and helps you chill out before your flight, the food is excellent and the choice of drinks is brilliant and having free WiFi is an added bonus. I would highly recommend using the lounges to get away from the chaos of the airport.”

“A very tasty breakfast with a good choice provided. The brand's of alcohol especially the bottles of lager available was impressive. We regularly book into the VIP lounges available at Manchester airport and will certainly continue to do so. Value for money and very relaxing.”

“Welcoming reception staff, very slow bar service, much of the time there was no bar personnel present and long queue built up. Food hot but slow to replenish when empty. Table clearing was very slow, at one point we had to clear our table ourselves! Have used Aspire lounges elsewhere and couldn’t fault them. It didn’t appear overly busy when we were there, so unsure how it would be if it was at capacity!”

“Nice lounge, wasn't busy during my visit. Staff were courteous. Bathrooms could have been better maintained. Food was decent, labelling though was slightly confusing. Overall good experience, would not mind revisiting if traveling through the terminal.”

“We booked for the aspire lounge just before Christmas, which was a good thing, as it was fully booked when we got there. I wasn't impressed with the fact you couldn't pay at the bar for some drinks that were not included (i can't understand why wine and spirits are included but prosecco isn't...It isn't expensive as a rule and it's just fizzy wine! why it isn't included is silly) I had to go and pay at the reception desk...only card..no cash, and only one person on the desk when they knew the place was fully booked and more people waiting. I had to wait for age. By the time i bought my drink it was almost time to go to the gate.”

“We love going to lounges before our flights and have done so for years but please stop cutting back, the prices have gone up considerable over the last couple of years but the quality has fallen badly. The ladies toilets were still out of order last week. There were no decent sized rolls at breakfast only tiny ones and please brink back the full range of daily news papers.”

“We had a large booking of 14. The gentleman that booked us in (didn’t take his name, he was an older gentleman) was brilliant. He’d noticed that the booking was for 14 people and had reserved us an area so we could all sit together (which we’d not asked for) and on several occasions came over to check on us. He also made a point of asking where/why we were travelling and wish me happy birthday as it was for my 40th. An absolute asset to your lounge!!”
