“I have mixed feelings about the Aspire lounge at Birmingham. The lounge itself is comfortable, the location and views are good. What's not so good is the range of food and drink that is available, other lounges at Birmingham do this better. Our stay was slightly spoiled by being close to a "stag party", loud and intrusive rather than offensive. Is this the lounge's problem? Should the staff have done something? Better than not being in a lounge, probably not the best lounge.”

“Love Edinburgh lounge and staff were very friendly and good quality of food, the best lounge as Newcastle one is dreadful so they should take a leaf out of Edinburgh’s book as they say.”

“Great service from Eugene who really looked after us. Guidance on food and drink, drinks brought to table, plates etc cleared away quickly. So nice to meet someone with a bit of character to them. Everything clean and well looked after. This lounge shows how service and quality food should be. If only the Heathrow lounge could be like this.”

“Horrible experience. Front desk employee was unwilling to assist at all. Beyond lazy and unprofessional. If this was my company, I would fire her immediately and bring her supervisor to my office for a serious talk. I doubt I will be stopping this lounge anytime soon.”

“The executive plus lounge is very nice with everything you would expect from a higher level lounge, food, drinks and snacks were delicious and a fabulous choice! The only issue is it was deathly quiet, no background music, no tv noise and all you could hear is the whirring of the fridges and machines! This is the second time we have been and same on both occasions so found it difficult to have a conversation as we felt we were whispering. A bit uncomfortable if you are alone or with colleagues.”

“The lounge is in need of a bit of an upgrade it is getting very used looking. We found that the choices of food was very little there was only 2 hot things and both looked like they had been lying there for a long time. More staff would help them with table clearing ect”

“I use this lounge every time I fly out of Nairobi, and have to say the staff are fantastic, it’s the cleanest of all the lounges at Jomo, and if you want to use it. Make sure you book well ahead of your fly day, as it can be full and you would be disappointed you have to choose elsewhere. Thanks ladies for the atmosphere, food choices but most of all, looking after us travelers”
