“I spent about 2 hours in the lounge at Heathrow T3 on March 26th arriving at about 15.30. It was fairly crowded but I was able to find a seat. Having missed lunch, I was rather hungry so went immediately to the buffet which disappointingly was very depleted. I was able to have some pasta and salad and eventually the food was replenished. The newly baked scones were enjoyable. Otherwise, the lounge was comfortable and clean, perfect for a relaxed wait, free WiFi and plenty of sockets for recharging devices.”

“Myself and my partner used the Aspire business lounge at T1 on the 23rd March ahead of flying out to Russia via Munich, i can say that when we entered the lounge around 04:00 we were greeted by a nice smiling lady who checked us in and showed us where to go, and where things were in the lounge. The food and drink available was exactly as advertised and was also plentiful if required, the layout was also well thought out in our opinions and included quiet areas if required also, all-in-all we enjoy the use of the lounge and would certainly book again next time we fly out of T1 for a holiday or business.”

“The lounge was very comfortable but I thought the provision of food was limited and in short supply. Also I was looking for somewhere to charge my phone but could find anywhere.”
