“Poor choice of food. Changeover to prepare for breakfast took place at 8.15 even though lounge open to 8.30p.m. Food in snack area removed at this time. Not what we expected. Edinburgh lounge far superior.”

“I expected high standards and got exactly that. A comfortable range of seating, including a corner to snooze (and snore) in. Hot, tasty food, good range of drinks. Decent wi-fi, etc. Good value for money and absolutely nothing to even raise an eyebrow about, let alone complain.”

“We arrived just after six o'clock on the 26th of March and were shown around the lounge by a member of the reception team, she also introduced to the lady running the operation on the day who again was very courteous. Whilst the lounge was empty apart from another couple the service was very professional with just the right amount of interaction from the staff to ensure we enjoyed the experience. I have booked the normal lounge for our holiday in June but after the service we received I will be upgrading to the executive. Thank You.”

“I would usually give 5 stars after visiting this lounge. However on my recent visit the hot food had obviously been sitting out too long and was dried up. Workmen were also in the lounge having their lunch. For an unknown reason they were offered some kind of baked pie and ice cream. Something that the paying guests were not offered. Staff were as friendly as always and nice surroundings. Was just a pity that the hot food was dried up.”

“Was really looking forward to being in the lounge. However I was bitterly disappointed. The area has no soul, the staff are polite (ish) but the food was cold and the selection was poor. We arrive not long after 4.30am so no real reason for this at all. We also felt judged when we asked for wine/beer. Don’t think I would book again.”

“Reception took a while to let us in as didn't have relevant details of our booking even although I provided a print out confirmation. The Lounge was quite tired Looking and had lack of USB ports. Food selection was minimal. Not great value or money”

“We have used the lounges a few times and never had a problem but this time it was the worst experience we've encountered found the staff quite rude and was made to feel really uncomfortable by a bar staff member who questioned what time our flight was but didn't explain why until I questioned him bearing in mind this was only our third drink and being mature adults who know our limits and flight regulations found extremely insulting and were made to feel uncomfortable which didn't help the start of our holidays”

“I visited the lounge at the end of March with my wife on the way back to the UK, I had booked the lounge online and the whole booking and entering the lounge process was very simple. I was slightly disappointed at the lack of choice of food - there were only a couple of 'meal' options, although there were plenty of snacks and drinks, both alcoholic and soft drinks The lounge was quite large with plenty of space, although the chairs weren't as comfortable as they could have been. There were plenty of accessible charging point The smoking area was a huge bonus for my wife.”
