“Nice area , comfortable seating & clean . Relaxing place , good to get away from the crowds & noise. However , staff miserable apart from the lady on reception. Not much choice other than full english type food . Not much continental selection . Stale cold Croissants .,Should be warmed up. Did not feel like an exec lounge . Not worth the money really . Sorry .”

“Three visits this year. Hot food and salads not particularly exciting and pastries, scones, cake non existent. The staff were under great pressure. Not all travellers want a full meal. Some snacks would be welcome.”

“We enjoy using executive lounges only a small couple of gripes like how come some people get reserved places in the lounge as we can’t seem to find anyway of doing it when we book other is flight information there is only1 screen in Newcastle I think another screen or better positioning would be better other than that we are happy with our visits to executive lounges”

“Visited for the first time August 29th prior to my flight to Florida. My wife and I absolutely loved the whole experience, excellent food and drink in a very relaxed atmosphere.”

“The Lounge is a great place to relax before a flight, being able to get food and drink and be away from the hustle and bustle is great, only criticism is there aren't a lot of charging points, and some of the furniture is a little worn and dated, other aspire lounges are much nicer, but don't let this put you off it is worth the money.”

“The Lounge had the potential to be very good, but on the day we visited it was overcrowded. It was difficult to find a table/seating. There was a fair choice of food but the self service counter was very crowded with people trying to collect refreshments and other people just trying to walk past. We did manage to have some refreshments although finding cutlery and suitable plates was another problem. I am not sure if we would book this lounge again as it did not really give us the calm and peaceful setting we had hoped for.”
