“Been in Aspire lounge at Manchester terminal 1 many times, staff always friendly and happy to help. Food choice is excellent and replenished frequently. Just one thing I have been in Aspire in terminal 2 twice this year and it's not a patch on terminal 1. I know this terminal is being refurbished but lounge at the moment is not very comfortable, so the price should reflect on this”

“Not quite what I expected, a little busy and noisy with some people making the absolute most of the bar ! Food wasn’t anything special Will pay a little more next time and make use of the other lounges”

“Our first ever visit was spoiled by the number of people there. We struggled to find a table for 4, the food supply was low and certain things were missing completely. My elderly parents were jostled by other diners due to the lack of space in the food and bar areas. The staff did their best in the circumstances but one person serving at the bar was obviously not happy given her comment to another member of staff about restricting numbers. All in all a disappointing experience and I would welcome some sort of compensation .”

“Very much liked the space. Nice and clean. Also television by our table to watch the start of the rugby World Cup. The food was quite nice but not much choice really. Maybe it was because of the time of day.”

“The Tripadvisor reviews weren't great, so I was pleasantly surprised by the food being better than I expected. The choice of drinks was also good. My main criticism? The coffee machine gave me Nescafe. Is real coffee in the coffee machine too much to ask?”
