“The lounge was quiet and the produce replenished quickly. The staff were polite but the change from reward cards to mobile app was rather sudden and without explanation.”

“Unfortunately I didn’t check the food menu before I booked. The choice was very poor as was the available drinks . No cider ! It was also under staffed although those that were there were very helpful. I would not return to this lounge .”

“Unfortunately I cannot evaluate the lounge because I could not get in. Great disappointment!! They could not see my reservation and said that I was not confirmed. However my agent was charged and they paid for my service. So I spent 2.5 hours wandering around the airport. Very disappointing!!!”

“Compared to lounges I’ve been in abroad, Luton was very cramped and tired. The dining areas were crammed in and the soft seats need refurbishing. The snozepod experience never happened because there are only three units. The food and drinks were fine. I think the price was about right. Lastly, the lounge sign was obscured by another sign. I don’t know if it’s feasible but, airside would be a massive plus.”

“Absolute chaos getting in, it took 15 minutes! Snacks were nice. Don’t go there with children or if you want to enjoy yourself, my party were ‘told off’ for laughing and talking too loudly. The staff work really hard and it’s good value for money if you drink alcohol.”
