“Good quality. Only concern was with order. I originally ordered a 18x90 black shutter for our church. The same day I emailed comp asking if it was too late to change color to dark green and got a return email saying no problem. 2 days later I received the black shutters on a 92 pound pallet. I just figured they didn’t get my request to change colors in time. Three days later I received a 2nd pallet with green shutters. Checked the credit card and the charged me a 2 nd fee for shutters. Also received a note in box because it was considered a special order (18x90”) it was non returnable. At no time did they inform me that the green shutters would be charge even though I requested a change of color in email before first set was shipped”

“I haad a very exceptional experience with Exterior Solutions in March 2025. The salesman really knew his product and convinced me to purchase the Gutter Shield product. The installation technicians were incredibly professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and walked the job with me before aand after the installation. We could not be happier”

“i did this already but here goes again: you do not offer any other fasteners but 3 inch size. my cheap old siding requires 1 and 1/2 up to 2 and 1/2 due to siding over wood frame. Cant use 3 inch lest i snip off a 1/4 inch tip, but of course wont secureto woodframe”
