“I am a little disappointed in the quality of the shutter. It is VERY lightweight and has some small gaps in the corners of some of the panels. I’m concerned about the long term reliability.”

“We are doing some extensive upgrades for the house and landscaping, a project that includes adding shutters for all the windows on every side of the house. Large box stores do have shutters, but they only come in a limited number of sizes, so we decided to order them from Exterior Solutions in order to have exact size matches. We chose Exterior Solutions because they have a number of good customer reviews - and we're very glad we did. It took about a month for the shutters to arrive - which is understandable since they're custom made to our size specifications. The quality of materials and workmanship is terrific. Unfortunately, three of the shutters were damaged during shipping. We contacted customer service and provided pictures of the damage. They were very apologetic and immediately took steps to get us replacements. That took about three weeks. The replacements arrived in well-packaged containers and again, really great materials and workmanship. We're really happy - not only with the shutters that we purchased, but with the quality of service and professionalism we received from the customer service team. Thank you so much!”

“Very happy with our exterior shutters purchased from Exterior Solutions. The pricing was very competitive and they have a vast array of styles in stock. Regretfully, two of our items were damaged during shipping. We contacted Exterior Solutions and had our replacements within a week. I highly recommend Exterior Solutions and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!”

“There were some small areas that were missing "a little" bit of paint. But reading the paperwork I do understand that the louvers can move while painting leaving it hard to get every inch covered. Other that that... they are beautiful!”

“This will be the second time ordering from this company. Their products are a good quality for the money you spend (not expensive). They do fade but Florida sun will ruin anything after a while. So they’re not so expensive if you do have to replace them more than once. I love mine!!!!”

“The shutters arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and looking exactly as I had hoped they would. They are a sturdy construction, and now with 3 coats of varnish on them, it seems they will make a fine cafe/saloon style swinging door set-up for my pantry doorway. Looking forward to finishing the project but no photos yet.”
