I have not received the shipment yet. It was supposed to be received on the 14 of Dec. Now I am told it will be on the 27th of Dec?

The shutters were flimsy and certainly not worth the price I paid for them. Neighbors who were helping me hang them concurred. As far as the fasteners that were included, they are totally useless, breaking in half and twisting. I ended going to the hardware store and purchasing screws that were far superior and much easier to install.

I was very disappointed in these shutters. They are very cheaply made. The measurements were incorrect and I am unable to get refund or exchange I was told because they were custom made. I will never recommend this company. Lynn Spencer

HORRIBLE. I DISCUSSED WITH JILL TO ORDER 3 PAIRS OF SHUTTERS. WHAT ARRIVED PER NOW THE ORDERED PROCESSED WAS ONE PAIR, WHICH HAS CAUSED ME AN EXPENSIVE DELAY. I CALLED IN THINKING ES BELIEVED THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. WHAT I MET WITH WAS A MILITANT AMANDA WHO HAD EVIDENCE I ONLY ORDERED ONE PAIR, WHICH WAS WHAT THE FINAL RECEIPT SAID IN A FONT I COULDN'T READ AND I HAD ALREADY ASKED FOR 3 AND RECEIVED A QUOTE FOR 3 SO INNOCENTLY THOUGHT IT WAS STILL 3 SINCE NO ONE TOLD ME EXTERIOR SWITCHED IT TO 3. AMANDA REFUSED TO BELIEVE ME AND DID A LOUSLY SEARCH FOR EVIDENCE. AND REFUSED TO BELIEVE ME AND SO HER SUPERVISOR KEN BECAME INVOLVED AND WHEN I HAD PROOF OF THE ORIGINAL QUOTE CALLED ME AN UNKIND NAME. MUCH PREFER TO GIVE THE BUSINESS TO YOUR COMPETITOR. OVERALL RUDE, INSULTING AND KEN AND AMANDA WERE WRONG. QUOTE 103398

The product (shutters) is horrible, very disappointed. We will be replacing them as soon as economically possible. The customer service was good, no complaints about that.

The Sienna color we received was brown, We ordered sienna brown which had a green color to it

Order 2 Sets of shutters 55 " and 67 ". Called on several occasions and I was first told the 55 " were out of stock. Called again was told 67 " were out of stock. Each time I called I got a different story. The web site they were still selling the shutters. It took 2 months to receive the shutters. They immediate billed my charge card though.

I waited five weeks and the order came in wrong couldn’t even use the shutters. I think the companies too busy and they don’t have the quality control anymore

Several of the cross pieces fell off and had to be glued back on. Poorly constructed for moderately priced shutters.

Only as good as the vendor they represent therefore its that vendor's customer service decision that manages the problem. In the case of our shutters ordered that warrants a rating of one star as we were not happy with the quality of our shutters received and it was too expensive to send them back based on terms and conditions for a return. They arrived with the side slots to short and we had to use caulk to fill. Poor quality control

My order was to shipped out between March 17-19, wasn't shipped out until March 26. I didn't receive it until March 31 the day of my property Inspection. I was told it would be there in plenty of time - not. Disappointing..........

The painter and the installer both commented on how poor the composite material is. They said it appeases to be made out of cardboard.

I ordered black raised vinyl shutters. The purchase order said Standard Open Louvered Exterior Vinyl Shutters, 15" Wide. My bad I never read the complete purchase order. To return is the best part if you don't want to reorder the correct product they charge you 65 dollars for a restocking . It gets better I ordered the correct one but when I went to UPS to return the wrong one it would cost 155 dollars as I paid 175 for the shutters. Do the math.I decide to keep the old shutters and canceled the new order and I was told I would get an e-mail on the cancelation of the 220 order. They charged my account 175 and 220 but have not credited back the 220.Amazing Amanda and Jill said I would get automatic e-mail on the cancelation of the order which I haven't seen. So now I have to chase these people for my money. This is called buyer B-WARE
