“I've ordered three different times and each time it seems the quality gets worse. In the past, it was small problems that we could either live with or repair ourselves. The last time both packs of shutters were damaged. Because we were having a family reunion, we installed them. The week after, I asked customer service how to rectify. They said no way since they were already installed...couldn't tell if it was there fault or ours. Well, we installed all other 9 sets without damaging them, so I can guarantee we didn't CRUSH two of the four, and didn't rip one of the battens off of the other set. I spent about $2000. Will never order from them again.”

“Order#341179 Very disappointed! I paided to have these shutters painted! NOT TO SEND ME PAINT TO TOUCH THEM UP!!! One also has drip marks on the slats. Hope the pictures come through, so you can see what a crappy job they did. NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT! Does the company reply to these reviews? Just wondering....haven't heard anything from your company.”

“Could not use your product. Your design team should research the shape and dimensions of tilt rods. Your product is grossly inaccurate. An expensive lesson for me. So very glad that I ordered only one pair instead of the entire house. It didn't even burn well.”

“I am so sorry I purchased you composite shutter, poor quality. I paid over $1.5k and they look like $100 shutters. The when I took the shutter out of the box for my installer. I paired the shutters and the next morning I was going to put them at each window. When I did that the paint peels off. See pics. Plus the shutter had ruff spots and the color was no were closed to what was shown. I know it o the computer and each computer is calibrated differently but it was way off. If I had to do it again I buy from another company.”

“In the past , I have been pleased with the shutters I have ordered. This time around, I had some issues. The slats in the shutters were painted black but when they move ( side to side) the wood is not painted. So you have to "place" each slat and assume they wont move again.”

“These "vinyl" shutters are just pieces of plastic. I just removed vinyl shutters and ordered these for a sleeker style and the material is not anywhere close to the vinyl shutters I was replacing or the vinyl siding on my house. These are just cheap plastic. Complete junk. I am shocked at the poor quality. For $500 I would have expected alot more. And the Company will not accept a return or give me any portion of my money back. Very disappointing. Stay away from this product.”

“Was mislead on my order would like to send back shutters.Ihad sent pictures of broken shutters that were single injection and received a damaged two part shutter that looks unfinished!!!”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong size & the cost to me would have been just a few dollars less than what I paid for the shutters to ship back. Goes to show how much of a mark up are on these shutters . I am stuck with $350 worth of shutters I can't use. I would never order again from this company or will I ever recommend this company”

“Major issue with the shipping company you contract. They ran off my driveway and rutted out my yard- keep in mind that the shutters were delivered by semi- so HUGE ruts in my newly sodded yard. It was pouring rain and the delivery driver refused to bring the shutters in my garage. Instead he left them in my driveway- even though he had a dolly and could have EASLIY moved them right into my garage. Dumbfounded, I asked if he was really going to leave them in the driveway- his response was throwing his hands up in the air and rudely yelling “what do you want me to do about it!?” My husband was on a business trip and the shutters were extremely heavy. After trying myself to get them into the garage I had to accept defeat and leave them where the delivery driver did- in the driveway, in the POURING rain. Oh, the driver also made mention that “at least they wouldn’t ruin too bad in the rain since they are shutters” We just moved into our new construction house and multiple, large items- furniture, appliances, etc. have been delivered recently. I have never ran into any issue with delivery before this. When you pay for a quality product, you would assume you also get quality delivery.”

“THE PLASTIC NAILS FOR THE SHUTTERS WERE VERY CHEAP AND BROKE WHILE TRYING TO HANG SHUTTERS THAT WE TOOK DOWN FOR THE PAINTING OF OUR HOUSE. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!”

“The delivery of the shutters was a disaster. They left the shutters in a pile a quarter mile down a hill from my house. I was never notified that they were delivering them, or that they had left them. We discovered them by accident and then had to haul 256 pounds of shutters up to our house.”

“Ordered four 71 x 14 vinyl shutters. Shutters do not hold their shape, vinyl is too soft. Not rigid at all. I will be replacing them with a new different shutter.”

“This company appears to be selective in publishing reviews. I recently wrote a detailed review explaining what appeared to me to be deceptive sales practices and unresponsive customer service, but that review was weeded out and not published. That certainly makes me wonder how much faith one should put in any of the positive reviews on this site.”

“Unfortunately I am not happy with the service. I missed the part where I had to pay for shipping the product back if not needed. It took several iterations with the customer service rep to understand that I only wanted to return it. I understood there was a high restocking fee but did not plan that it would cost me 56.00 to ship it back. Needless to say I did not ship it back and will not use this company for future needs. Thank you. Regards, Scott”
