“Items arrived in perfect condition... however they are NOT very sturdy , and will have to be reinforced with wooden dowels or metal straps, as we are converting them into Bahamas style window awnings.”

“The shutters themselves seem fine and customized to requested size. The final order involved 3 representatives at home, the initial door-to-door solicitation, a followup with salesman who measured window(s), and then a final measurement by a contractor, this all over a period of 1 month. Only now does a wait time of several weeks/months(?) begin for delivery and installation. I was asked to reschedule final visit to a time to accommodate company which I did and was promised a phone call in advance of final measurement which did not occur. So, related, timely services have room for significant improvement.”

“I’m satisfied with the quality of the shutters themselves. They are well constructed. They are very heavy and I’m not confident that the plastic brackets will hold them. I cut galvanized metal brackets to replace the top and bottom brackets. I used the smaller plastic brackets for the sides as the instructions recommend.”

“Good product quality. Problem was that I ordered and paid for the product. Apparently the order was very delayed (multiple months) and the company didn’t bother to make me aware. The least they could do was keep me abreast on the status of my order and the delays.”

“It took a long time to get the shutters. When I finally got them, they were delivered at 6:30am. Although the window of delivery was 9am-2pm. One of the shutters was damaged so I can not have them installed until I get a new shutter. Not happy!”

“Shutters seemed a little flimsy. Several of the pegs used to hang them broke or completely bend when we were installing them. I had to purchase another bag of them just to finish the project!”

“Received my second pair of custom shutters and delivered as ordered. My only thing I would say is that the website is not user friendly, the one year warranty doesn’t give a customer a lot of confidence in the quality, especially since there are ASTM testing that could provide information on the product.”

“Ordered shutters primed. They arrived primed but they were not sanded before priming. Surface was very rough and required sanding removing much of the primer. The added cost of priming was a total waste.”

“Product came as promised. I am trying to use the screws to replace the plastic anchors. Disappointed the screws don't have a head large enough to secure the shutters. The plastic anchors meant to secure the shutters are snapping in two.”
