“Shutters came quickly. I feel like they are very overpriced. I know they cut them to fit what you specify. The color was good. Just feel they could be cheaper.”

“Great service, good color. Thought price was a bit high for just 2 plastic shutters, $140 for 2. Was really looking to spend around $50-60.”

“The customer service was wonderful as well as the timely manner in which we received our shutters. We were disappointed with the quality but once they were up (installation was very easy) they looked nice”

“Once delivered the shtters were adequate, not really premiem that the price demended, but they are average. Meaning that the shutters have nicks and scratches as well as some inconsistency in paint color. Delevery was promised in about 2.5 months and took nearly 5 months.”

“The delivery was extended twice extending the original delivery date by one month. I requested UPS delivery and It was delivered by freight on a single pallet. Delivery notification was only one day and required a special trip to the destination of the delivery. The shutters were as ordered”

“We had a lot of trouble with the website. One item arrived with the wrong top (which I’m confident was from website error) and It was not eligible for refund. Customer service was friendly but limited in their capacity to help.”

“i was surprised how lightweight the shutters are it seems like over $600 was alot to pay for these. even tho they are vinyl/plastic, i didnt think they would be hollow”

“Color and style was as ordered. Delivery was on time. Quality of product was a little disappointing. Seemed flimsy and only used staples to connect the pieces. Hope they are at least stainless steel or these will fall apart inside of a year.”

“My delivery date was extended due to not having the parts to make the shutters. This was quite stressful since I had scheduled a painter to be here Several weeks after the expected due date. However, they did come before the painter finished my work. Plan on a much later delivery date if you order from this company. I was pleased with the shutters when they arrived.”

“I have not had an opportunity to have the shutters installed yet. My lower rating is primarily due to customer service interactions. After my shutter delivery was overdue based on the original schedule. I had to call 4 to 5 times as each revised date passed. They were not very proactive advising of changed ship dates. And never called back when they said they needed more time to check on status. The lack of communication is what upset me more than the delays in finishing the shutters.”

“we needed to replace some shutters damaged in a storm. we were suprised to see that the shutters did not match our older shutters. color the same, but the raised panels were different. we should have been alerted to the change when we placed our order.”

“I thought they’d be thicker and more durable. They seem kind of flimsy for the money. I bought my old ones at Menards 11 years ago. They were faded from sun and power washing, but we’re much more substantial. I was disappointed, but kept them anyway. I know products are made with less quality these days. I’d have gone to Menards, but they no longer had my product. I’d have rated these higher if they didn’t seem so flimsy.”
