“I love my new shutters. The ordering process was super simple, I ordered by phone. I picked a board and baton style which is perfect and the colors available made it possible for me to match my siding for a wonderful monochromatic look. My order arrived when expected via a freight service. I give exterior solutions a 5 star rating and would recommend their product and company to my friends.”

“The shutters look wonderful! After searching local home stores we could not find the color match we needed. Began online search, requested color samples from your company (sent promptly). We were delighted to find a color that matched! We ordered your custom shutters. They arrived sooner than expected. They are light weight, yet appear sturdy. Installation went well. The shutters complete the look of our new siding!”

“I have not had an opportunity to have the shutters installed yet. My lower rating is primarily due to customer service interactions. After my shutter delivery was overdue based on the original schedule. I had to call 4 to 5 times as each revised date passed. They were not very proactive advising of changed ship dates. And never called back when they said they needed more time to check on status. The lack of communication is what upset me more than the delays in finishing the shutters.”

“Very good service. The woman I placed the order with was very helpful each time I called. Unfortunately I don't know her name but she answered each time I called the regular phone number (not the toll-free number) She had all the information I needed and made the ordering process very efficient. I appreciate her help. It's a good thing she was so capable because I gave up trying to order on your website!! The shutters are exactly what I wanted and improve the appearance of my house considerably.”

“I received my order in less than a week and I was very pleased with the quality of the shutters and how easy they were to install. I have a brick home and for anyone else who does these shutters look great and very easy to install.”

“The shutters we bought were of good quality and easy to install. I would give them 5 star, BUT their delivery communication was a disaster. I was planning a vacation so I emailed them to get an update on the delivery date. They told me it would take up to 6 weeks, so we went away. I got the shutters delivered while I was away and a week later I received a notification from them saying my shutters were delivered. Good product, but terrible communication with their customers. So their question on this review is "Was your delivery on time?". How should we answer that? NO, it was early but they told me it was going to be late so the package would have sat there if it wasn't for my neighbor.”
