“The painter and the installer both commented on how poor the composite material is. They said it appeases to be made out of cardboard.”

“Bought 2 sets of exterior shutters. Product was delivered without damage. Quality and color were excellent. Instruction were detailed and complete and package included mounting accessories including a few extra. Very pleased with product and price and intend to order 4 more sets for the other side of house.”

“We recently ordered a sample shutter and received it promptly with color chips to choose the finish color we want. Customer service has checked in with me a few times to see if we have any questions. We are looking forward to placing an order with them now because the customer service has been so responsive. “Ordered shutters primed. They arrived primed but they were not sanded before priming. Surface was very rough and required sanding removing much of the primer. The added cost of priming was a total waste.”

“I ordered black raised vinyl shutters. The purchase order said Standard Open Louvered Exterior Vinyl Shutters, 15" Wide. My bad I never read the complete purchase order. To return is the best part if you don't want to reorder the correct product they charge you 65 dollars for a restocking . It gets better I ordered the correct one but when I went to UPS to return the wrong one it would cost 155 dollars as I paid 175 for the shutters. Do the math.I decide to keep the old shutters and canceled the new order and I was told I would get an e-mail on the cancelation of the 220 order. They charged my account 175 and 220 but have not credited back the 220.Amazing Amanda and Jill said I would get automatic e-mail on the cancelation of the order which I haven't seen. So now I have to chase these people for my money. This is called buyer B-WARE”

“The shutters were exactly what I needed for the various window sizes I had on my house. I like the mounting screws that came with the shutters. They will never rust. I had the shutters approximately one week after order placement. Other sites were quoting four or 5 weeks and the prices were competitive.”
