“Both sets of shutters came short of ordered size. They also came on top of each other wrapped on a pallet and the delivery service left the 80lb pallet!”

“Instructions in the last box....not much help. They look good from a distance, but a bit rough up close. I think the spikes may be a half inch too short for insulated vinyl siding installation...we will see.”
