“3 of the 4 shutters arrived in pieces..I had to use epoxy to glue them together myself. Not at all like the ones I got last year from the same company”

“Package arrived on time, but it was opened, same thing happened to my neighbor, they delivered her box but it was opened.Please check UPS as to why?”

“The shutters look great. The only complaint that I have is the number of screws provided. Because they are plastic and have to be hammered into brick, they bend or break easily. There should be several extra ones for replacements.”

“I received the shutters I ordered but have not opened the package yet due to the weather and other obligations. I hope they look good. When I ordered a colored sample, it arrived but was not finished, so I could not tell how the paint finish looked. The order for (1) pair of shutters took a loooooong time. My plan was, to install the one pair and see how it turns out, then I have (4) additional pair I need. I hope the lead time is not as bad. The folks on the phone have always been very pleasant and helpful. Thanks. JB”

“Unfortunately I am not happy with the service. I missed the part where I had to pay for shipping the product back if not needed. It took several iterations with the customer service rep to understand that I only wanted to return it. I understood there was a high restocking fee but did not plan that it would cost me 56.00 to ship it back. Needless to say I did not ship it back and will not use this company for future needs. Thank you. Regards, Scott”
