“Great communication throughout the process. We are a little disappointed in the construction quality of the B&B vinyl shutters, (stapled together) and that the "Z" board B&B were only available in composite. That being said, I feel like once they are hung, the assembly/construction of these won't really affect the longevity as these are non-functioning/just decorative shutters. I think they will be just the ticket to add character to our little home, but since we won't be hanging these till warmer weather, I can't add a picture! Company was supportive throughout the order process... and they arrived well pkg'ed and palletized.”

“I like these shutters a lot. I bought four 15 by 35-inch shutters in July, they looked so good that I bought three 15 by 71-inch shutters in December to shade my solar inverter and battery cabinet.”

“Bought 79x18 style and rail exterior vinyl shutters. The styles are misproportioned and should be narrower. Also the width should be 17 7/8 instead of 17 3/4”

“We were thrilled with receiving the shipment within a week as opposed to three weeks as noted. However, the quality and the price are ridiculous compared to the quality and price of shutters from the Home Depot or Lowes. For $628.00 I was expecting a high quality product. The shutters are flimsy at best. I honestly feel troubled that I have to express my disappointment. But you requested customer feedback.”

“My shutters arrived sooner than expected and were just the right fit to replace the old shutters. I put them up as per the instructions and the installation was a snap. The only difficulty I encountered was the brick was a bit hard to drill with a standard drill but my neighbor's hammer drill made quick work of it. It took about an hour to install all four. Good product and will definitely be back if I need more replacements.”
