“The delivery was extended twice extending the original delivery date by one month. I requested UPS delivery and It was delivered by freight on a single pallet. Delivery notification was only one day and required a special trip to the destination of the delivery. The shutters were as ordered”

“An internet search directed me to the Exterior Solutions website. The site was easy to navigate, thoroughly user friendly and took very little time to design the exact shutters I was hoping find. Even more impressive was that in this time of pandemic and all the possible delays that might occur, the delivery timeframe was spot on, two days early to be exact. I could not more pleased with the product and service Exterior Solutions provided.”

“We found them from researching internet. Our size was custom so didn't care about price and received them 2 weeks ahead of what they said! Installed them quickly and they look great! I saved their website in my favorites! Scott in Iowa”

“Everything was packaged well for shipping. The shutters were well made. I was very pleased with the price. A lot cheaper that the big stores and seem ;just as good. Would definitely order from again. Delivery was about a month but well worth the wait.”

“We had a lot of trouble with the website. One item arrived with the wrong top (which I’m confident was from website error) and It was not eligible for refund. Customer service was friendly but limited in their capacity to help.”

“It took 4 months to get the paintable shutters probaby because of Covid but they look excellent. Once they are painted you can see the patterns in the vinyl like it was real wood.”

“Great company to order from. I ordered 2 sets of custom exterior shutters to see if I liked them on the house. Not only did they arrive 2 weeks earlier than expected, I liked the appearance and ordered 7 more pairs for the rest of the windows.”

“i was surprised how lightweight the shutters are it seems like over $600 was alot to pay for these. even tho they are vinyl/plastic, i didnt think they would be hollow”
